This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, quartz counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout. Pool Size: 6' X 8'. The neighborhood also features a large community pool. The beach front lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of is at your fingertips!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street.

The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach)

SMALL DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS 25LBS OR LESS

POOL HEAT-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Please inquire with us the size of vehicles you intend to bring. Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Access to the beach was excellent. Walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. Very nice and clean house. Only recommendation would be stair gates for toddlers but other than that a perfect house. Have a family member that has balance issues so the elevator came in handy. Our family likes to eat at home mostly and the big dining table was great

Coastal Treasures Pros and Cons

The place was beautiful and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay there.The location was convenient. The driveway was precarious to get in and out of at times depending on the time of the day.The matresses could be updated. The 3rd floor mattress was soft with extreme soft spots that made it difficult to rest.The furniture in the living room area left some room for improvement.Overall the experience was great and we had a great vacation.The beach was good, we only had some people encroach on us the last couple of days. One lady literally put a towel on the ground next to our chairs. Then another family that was not staying on the beach had beach service chairs set up between us and the other family staying in the unit next to ours. This family had many persons and kids . They were sitting in front of us on the beach and their kids were slinging sand on my wife burying each other next to our chairs. No one wants confrontation on vacation. I feel if you are renting a unit directly on the beach there should be a reserved area behind the unit. The people not on the beach should have a designated area since they have not paid the additional cost for having a beach front property. When you reserve a unit on the beach directly you should not have to fight for space with someone staying blocks away. I know this is a challenge but it should be seriously considered since the cost of a unit is more than one three blocks away.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this loacation.

Nice beach house, maybe not quite Luxury

Stayed in late may with my husband's family, including my in-laws, a great uncle, 4 of us adults in our 30's and 4 little boys aged 21 months-5 years old. It is clean, and great location. Kitchen has everything you need (including plastic plates for the littles!) but no Frills. 3 older boys slept in the downstairs bunk room, which was fun but the fact that they have to go into the downstairs master to use the restroom is challenging with 3-5 year olds. Several of the beds in this house were really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom tile has been resurfaced and is starting to peel in the smaller bathrooms, upstairs master suite no issues. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but our little guys loved it and played in it every day. Management company is awesome and very responsive to any issues. Overall would maybe recommend this house for kids that are a bit older (and can go up one flight of stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night).

First of all would like to thank Frangista property management team for being so great to work with! The house was exactly what we expected and was well equipped. The access and view of the beach was wonderful. Absolutely will come back and recommend.

Great house and location

We loved staying here. The location was fantastic. Waking up to a great view of the ocean and being just steps away from the beach every day was so nice. The house was very clean and had everything needed to cook there when we didn't want to go out. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We loved our stay at Coastal Treasure! The house is in a great location and suited our group nicely. There are a lot of steps, so keep that in mind, but there is an elevator available for families who need it. We were thrilled with the house and the property management company, who were prompt and attentive with information and with any help we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great spot!

Great property, very well maintained. Frangista property management was helpful and did a great job communicating with us. The location right on the beach was amazing. The views from the patios are astonishing - beautiful. We rented a golf cart and the location was perfect for hitting a few restaurants both east and west. We could walk to a coffee shop and a few ice cream places. The only negative was that the property is right beside a extremely busy stop sign / intersection. The traffic can get bad but the negative is at night. Very late in the evening (up to 2am) - tons of noise comes from that intersection (loud partiers and loud vehicles). It is right by the kids bedroom so kept the kiddos up a few nights.
