Iconic Miramar Beach Edgewater 2/2 SAATAVILLA NYT!

Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee rakennuksen 10. kerroksessa, josta on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. Se nukkuu 8 ja on hiljattain uusittu, on laatta koko huoneisto valkoiset kaapit ja graniitti työtasot keittiössä. Se on mukava mökki tyyli näyttää. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, päälliköllä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta ja sisäänkäynti toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa amme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Huoneistossa on uusia huonekaluja kaikkialla. Olohuoneessa on 51 tuuman taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, iso taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin, kattotuuletin mukavuuden lisäämiseksi ja pimennysverhot myöhäisille ratapölkille aurinkoa estämään. Master-kylpyammeessa on suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Vierashuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Vieraskylpyssä on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneistossa on tallelokero, johon voit tallentaa arvoesineesi ollessasi kanssamme.

Liukuvat lasiovet johtavat ulos suurelle parvekkeelle, joka kulkee makuuhuoneesta olohuoneeseen. Se on erittäin tilava ja siinä on pubipöydän ja tuolien setti, jotta näet uskomattoman näkymän. Tässä yksikössä on kätevästi täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja, ilmainen WiFi.

Portaali Edgewater sijaitsee Scenic Gulf Drive -kadulla Miramar Beachillä. Edgewaterin suunnittelun inspiraationa on ollut hotelli Ranskan Rivieralla. Ainutlaatuinen askel, kuten muotoilu ja rehevä maisema, ulottuvat ulos rakennuksesta kohti valkoista hiekkarantaa. Palmujen klusterit ja luonnollinen laguuni suihkulähteineen koristelevat maisemaa. Edgewaterin sijainti maagisessa Miramar Beachissä sijoittaa sinut lähellä runsaasti Persianlahden edessä sijaitsevia ravintoloita, ystävällisiä rantabaareja sekä mestaruustason golf- ja tenniskenttiä. Yksi kansakuntien suurimmista suunnittelijamyymälöistä on hyvin lähellä. Perhehuviot, vuodenaikojen festivaalit, ulkokonsertit, kaupat, vilkkaat baarit ja monet ravintolat ovat muutaman minuutin päässä Scenic Gulf Drive -kadulla, Grand Boulevardilla ja Baytowne Wharfilla.

Satisfyingly sweet

Overall stay was awesome! No issues with parking. The condo was very well equipped for all of our needs. Loved the view and having the pools was a huge plus. We all had a great time at this property and would love to stay again.

Overall it was a great stay and the unit really is quite comfortable. There is a little wear and tear and I would recommend new cooking pots/pans and extra plates. We had to basically run the dishwasher everyday.

Please read before booking

Listing says beach service is included... it is not! Tents and carts are prohibited from beach. You are not allowed to set up your own personal chairs on much of the beach, you will be run off stating that your disrupting the owner's views or the owner's experience. The condo was DIRTY, really dirty. The elevators are being worked on and the elevator that shares a wall with this condo is worked on from 6am - 6pm mon-thur. You will be woken up every morning at 6am with hammering and workers yelling. The remaining elevator is overworked and falling apart. There is no air or ventilation of any kind on the elevator or in the waiting are for the elevator. Every trip up to the 10th floor or down to the ground level took ~30is min and in 90 degree weather with 90% humidity in a packed elevator was awful. Listing says you get 2 parking spots with the unit, but when you arrive you are only given one gate key and so can only get one car in and out at a time. The owners do not like the leasing company nor do they like the people staying here and will give you a hard time every chance they get, especially the building manager and office staff! Worst stay in FL and worst beach experience yet!! Renters be ware!!

Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Enjoyed setting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We only had a short walk to the beach. Loved that we didn’t have drive to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Not perfect but I'd stay here again

Our room was ready for check in earlier than 4pm & we were given an early access door key code as well as a different code to use after 4pm but only the early access code would unlock the door. This is a gated property & we were given a gate key card but only 1 so the people staying with us had to be let in the gate which was a hassle at times but we made it work. The unit was mostly clean but there was dust on the tables & tv stands. We also found a prescription pill in the middle of the bedroom floor. We enjoyed that there was beach service included & we got 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas provided everyday. The Edgewater building needs some repairs. Where our room was located, there was only 1 elevator in operation & it had no air conditioning & the ceiling was falling apart. The parking garages have low clearance one garage is 5'8 & the other says 6' but its more like 6'6. Otherwise, you have to park outside, if you can find an open spot. The pool area & grounds were kept clean. There's a place by the pool to get food & drinks too.

Our check in got off to a little rocky start but once we got that worked out, it was all good. Good: condo had nice furnishings and we found everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer, dishwasher. Rental of beach chairs was a little pricey but pools were nice. Grounds were immaculate. Location was perfect!

Disappointed

Location is great. Updated kitchen. Brand new washer and dryer. Beautiful views. Air conditioning works great. We were surprised with an early check in text with an early check in code. We were also given a second code to use after the normal check in time of 4pm. The second code never worked so we used what I’m assuming is the house keeping code the whole week. We read reviews as our trip got closer and we wanted to be the ones to tell you it was all exaggerated but it was not. This unit has cockroaches! I saw baby ones and big ones and in 5 days saw about 12 all together. I only saw them in the kitchen area. The unit could have been cleaner and maybe that’s where the disconnect is with this property. They need a new cleaning company and an exterminator! The couches are dirty and stained and we covered them in extra sheets to sit on them. We bought groceries and ended up eating out because the pans all had scorched and burnt food on them. I opened up a drawer in search of a spatula and a cockroach ran out. We ended up only being in the condo to shower and sleep. The patio furniture is old and could break at any moment. There was trash in the “landscaping” on the patio. I ended up cleaning the floors and counters myself in hopes that it would make me feel better but I just felt like I itched the whole time. It’s unfortunate because this unit has so much potential to be amazing but it really falls short. I would stay at The Edgewater again but never this unit.

Great stay!

We love the edgewater, have been staying here for years. It is an older facility and could use some updates, but the location and layout are great! The condo was clean and booking / checkin was super easy. The keypad on the door did give us some trouble and it could use some large pots and pans for cooking. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Condo

Our condo was not well maintained by the management group. There was mold in grout in shower. Blood splatter behind bathroom door on wall black splatter on master wall hole in wall in closet. Toilet wasn’t clean and kept running off and on entire stay. Beds are very hard and furnace wasn’t working condo was extremely cold and it was in 50s at night there. Condo hadn’t been dusted in awhile and Mirror above sofa was all smeared. Elevator broke one morning had to climb 10 flights of stairs. Door code didn’t work at checkin called and texted 5 people with no response so went to management office luckily she reached a gal and gave us a manager code. Overall not a great spot to stay in. I think condo was nice if it would of been taken better care of by management company. A lot of renovations were going on during stay sandblasting and hammering. Made it hard to be outside and relax. Very disappointing over all. Won’t stay there again.

The communication from word go was absent. Upon arrival we had no idea where to park or the exact location of the unit, no one was on site. Upon entering the unit cockroaches scattered in the kitchen. The tv’s didn’t work properly, no hot water, the screen door was ripped to the balcony, just overall a bad experience we even left a day early. Other than the view, everything else was just bad. My family and I have been coming to this area for years during this time as a tradition, I believe this experience just stopped that.

Great vacation location!

This location is great and in close proximity to restaurants, activities and more. The property is very well taken care of and loved the heated pool and ability to see the ocean so well. Made us feel safer. The unit was exactly what we wanted and we’ll appointed and as shown in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. Upholstered furniture could use a little cleaning/ updating as it’s getting a bit worn but acceptable. We would stay here again except for one feature. Due to physical issues, the high table and chairs are not comfortable for us. Otherwise they are nice.

The code stopped working and we had to contact the property management company but thankfully we still had access to the room because family was in there. The room was clean when we arrived. It was close to the elevator. The room was a little far from the beach. This room is nice because it fits 8 people!

Good accommodation for the price

Overall condo met expectations considering price range, location and accommodation. The condo hosted our family of four very well with plenty of space. The unit was clean however appeared dated. Touch up painting in various places would give unit new feel. Repair or replacement of floor lamp in double bedroom was needed along with replacement knobs on nightstand. The dishwasher was not working upon our arrival. All other appliances worked well and are in great shape.The balcony was much larger than expected which hosted beautiful views of the morning sunrise as well as views of the pools and beach. Overall a good review and recommended if you don't mind staying at an older property with minimal remodeling throughout the property.

Edgewater in July

The property location was VERY convenient. We were in walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. The beach itself was beautiful. There were a few issues with the property that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Only vehicles under 6' are able to park in the parking garage. That was not shared on the VRBO listing. The bathroom in the master bedroom was the size of a small closet. We had 4 people sharing that bathroom with no counter space and barely enough room to turn around. The second bedroom with 2 beds did not have a TV connected to cable. We did not bring any kind of DVDs so that TV was unusable. We were told by the property manager that each condo came with a complimentary set of beach chairs and umbrella. After getting to the beach with the children and belongings, we were told that condos rented through VRBO did not include the beach chairs and umbrella. Again, that would have been nice to know ahead of time. The property itself was well-maintained with a lot of outdoor activities available. The condo was smaller than anticipated. We enjoyed our trip, but will not stay here again.

It's the little things

The condo was just as listed. It's a very nice space and the view is spectacular! Upon arrival the entryway/doormat was very dirty. We figured out it was dryer lint, the vent is right there. We found the broom and vacuum and cleaned it up. My question was "why wasn't this cleaned up before we arrived?" The doormat the is also pretty ragged, replace it!!. First impressions are everything! The vent above the master bath toilet was full of dust and the glass on the wall art (both bathrooms) were dirty. The kitchen drawers need a good cleaning. Crumbs, dead bugs, just gross. The balcony floor needed to be swept as well. These are all housekeeping problems that should be managed more closely. Except for the above mentioned, everything else in the unit was very clean!! As far as the actual condo goes, it really was terrific! The unit is the furthest from the beach but had no bearing on the view. The design of the building is genius! There are a few pathways to get to the pool and the beach. The King bed is VERY comfortable!! It's probably time to replace the balcony furniture, all doormats and sofa cushions. All very worn.... As far as Edgewater property itself~ the woman I met in the office was very pleasant and helpful. The people in the gate office were very friendly. Any of the maintenance people we passed were also pleasant. The landscaping was immaculate so walking to the pool and beach was very pleasant. A few areas that need attention are the windows in the elevator, they are very dirty. Again, our first impression and then we had to look through them all week. You'll be in the elevators a lot! (unit on the 10th floor). Also, the vending machine area, the machines are ancient, dirty and rusty. Clean it up!!. It's really an eyesore. The pools are lovely and inviting! It is a definite bonus that there are restrooms at the pool! However, they are in SERIOUS need of updating!! It felt like going into a very old park bathroom (ick) The Tiki Hut at the pool is fantastic! The food is very good (good prices too) and the people working it are so nice!! It's just too bad the hours of operation are very short (11-2 but closed early most days) The beach service guys were great as well (chairs/umbrellas/kayak/paddleboard) It's about $45 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Edgewater does not allow you to set up your own in front of the property. The grilling area is good! There is furniture to socialize while cooking.

Needs a bit of updating.

The location was great, grounds were kept up. The kitchen was updated but the rest needed some attention. The couch’s were stained and needed cleaning. Baths needed some updates.
