Light, bright updated townhome located off the Moab Golf Course! Relax in the oasis-like setting with wonderful shade trees and red rock views. Terrific outdoor space with wrap-around patio and gas bbq grill. Dark skies for the star-gazers.

Quality furnishings and decor. Central air conditioning for those warmer days and a gas fireplace for the chilly nights! The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor. The second floor has a second bath and two bedrooms (one with a full under a twin bunkbed) and one with a queen. The kitchen is fully equipped for the most demanding guest and cook. One-car garage for your use.

Solano Vallejo 3356 is your perfect launching point for adventure at Arches National Park (11 miles away), Sand Flats Recreation Area (6 miles) and numerous other amazing destinations. Hike, mountain bike, jeep or off-road practically out your backdoor on the scenic Steel Bender trail!
