Beautiful property! Looks just like the videos and pictures. Clean and vibrant. But, get the “Excellence” rooms. You get access to other restaurants and places on the resort. You won’t always get in to the restaurants of regular rooms. Staff are polite but not as attentive. I expected island time but it just got too long to wait for anything. I got what I paid for - beautiful room with a pool, a great view of the beach and massage. Vinnette, shout out to you. You’ve got magic hands! Don’t expect anything else unless you want to pay more for this “all-inclusive”.

Our experience was so disappointing from the 1st day to the 5th day. Restaurants: food and service was terrible. The Lobster House was great and we would give it 5 Stars. The Management offered us a 5 Day free stay which we passed on. I told them we appreciated the offer, we had no intension to revisit that experience again!

We believe the resort needs to provide better training for its employees so they can show a respectful and positive attitude toward guests. As customers, we expect to enjoy a place where we can relax, eat, drink, listen to good music, and receive good service. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our stay. Additionally, we paid for photos that we have yet to receive. The staff often came across as unfriendly and dismissive, which only worsened the experience.

The resort was quite pleasant. Very clean and beautiful. Staff were attentive. Lobby area was very chill with book decor. Large bar area right at the lobby. If you don’t want to be disappointed just eat at “The kitchen” for breakfast and “Caribbean grove” for lunch or dinner. Entertainment at night was ehh!! Apart from that nice pools, lots of spots and shades. I will return again and will recommend

It was a great property with great staff, and the property is well maintained. It's definitely quiet so if you are looking to relax this is the place. The only suggestion I have is I wish they had a lunch or dinner buffet. The breakfast buffet was the best food out of all the restaurants so to have that buffet as an option for lunch or dinner would be great.

Nice quiet resort if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. Nobody was yelling into a loudspeaker or trying to sell anything on the beach. It was a really nice time. Service was a bit slow but with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to party, this isn’t the place. The beach is clean and there’s lots of chairs/daybeds. The room is spacious and was clean. The private pool on our patio was really great! Restaurants could use more vegetarian options that have protein and more flavour. Room service wasn’t great.

Best for couples. Very quiet and relaxing. Do not book if you want something more lively. The room was very nice. The Excellence Club amenities were pretty good, but not really worth the extra cost in my opinion. The Spa, Millé, was AMAZING (do not skip). The food was good, I just wish there were more options available at all hours. Lots of the restaurants were only open on select days and select hours. This cause longer waits as everyone could basically only eat at 1 or 2 restaurants at any given time. Pool (closed at 7) and pool bar (closed at 6) hours could be longer. Overall great! The staff was excellent and very welcoming

If you want a relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable vacation, this is the place to go. The staff was excellent, the food was terrific, and there was a lot of variety. Bartender Shanice was the best at making shots and drinks. She works in the evenings, and her drinks are the best ever.

The location and amenities were great, however everything takes an hour wait. For each restaurant we went to, it took over an hour to get our food. The fastest place to get food was the jerk hut, the Caribbean grove, coffee place and room service.
