Hotel manager refuses to honor their cancellation policy. The manager refuses to refund the balance of my funds. I will follow up when I get home from my travels 5 small loud dogs staying in one hotel room.

It's good that allows pets and doesn't charge for the first one but it would help if they would establish a pet area so owners would know where to take their dogs to do their business and maybe have poop bags available

I would not stay here again, pics are very misleading. The room was so full of unnecessary furniture, there was no hand soap and when I brought it up to the front desk they gave me a small bar of facial soap that was hard as a rock. The remote control to tv was broken so again I had to walk to the office and let them know. The airport is right there couldn’t sleep ☹️sounded like they were landing I. The parking lot Way over priced and out dated, I don’t stay at Motel 6’s bcuz they over use Clorox and the smell is over powering and that too was the case here..The neighbors dog was backing so much at night but guess what? Couldn’t call front office to complain because they close from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Couldn’t wait to leave, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Killing ants all night

The room had ants and I spent most of the night killing them. Called to let them know but no other rooms were available. I wasn’t offered any discount for the room having ants so I wasn’t to happy.

Although the room was big and had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub the condition of the room was terrible! The blinds were falling apart the lamp shade were horrible. The overall look of the room was disappointing and was nothing like the pictures online.

Although the rooms were clean and the beds were actually comfortable the carpet in the halls and staircases were very dirty and had an odor. Also they have a hot tub but it’s not working and the neighbor hood was a little rough. The front desk women was pleasant enough and the plus there is an old bowling alley down the street. It wasn’t horrible but definitely not the vacation experience. This is a good place if your just needing to sleep.

Red roof in is a dump

Dirty room, had ants, outlets don’t work. Had weird people who seemed to be living there with a ton of cats. Asked for late check out and was told $40 hr in a very rude way.

There was hairs on the soap dispenser in the bathroom and we had neighbors who were fighting with each other thankfully that ended about 10pm otherwise we would have asked to switch rooms.

Loved the breakfast recommendation given to me by the front desk when I asked. I wasn’t a fan of our neighbors that had dogs who were quite loud and whiny. Parking was tight but manageable

Customer service was good and room cleaning was on point. The only thing that was a concern was that the floor in room 122 had some wood shard that cut me the first night and I had to make sure I cleaned the wound as it bled a bit, and put a band-aid. I informed the cleaning crew the next day of the same as well. Hope the hotel does something about it. Otherwise everything was as advertised.
