The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, but that’s about the only positive. The kitchen had very little cutlery, and when I asked reception for more, they could only provide plastic knives. The room was infested with ants — we had to keep all food sealed away, even wrapped items would attract them. There was no air conditioning, and the space was so limited I couldn’t properly unpack; maybe enough room for one person’s clothes. Our room desperately needed a unit with draws. Despite asking several times for our room to be cleaned, it only happened once. Overall, after listing out the issues, I can’t recommend this hotel. Free parking. That was good.

Room key did not work for room we got for family and had to pick them up late and they did not have any one working the desk after 9 to resolve issue then proceeded to still charge us for the full nights stay.

Great location, amazing staff, beautiful, and clean rooms! My only complaint is the showerhead in n out cottage was not up to the standard of the rest of the environment! Overall five out of five! Fix that showerhead! Hahaha

they charge me $30 extra because I arrive one hour early even though the room was ready. They didn't let me go in unless I pay the money which was inconvenient because usually if the room is ready, they let you go in without no problems and they have never charged me before, but for for some reason this time they did the cleaning has to be request the day before, and that was new, even though I left the note at the door saying that I needed to clean room they didn't do it. They don't have any continental breakfast. They change that not even a glass of water so that's why I didn't like it

If i could not have checked in, i wouldnt have, but we already paid. The hotel was outdated and dirty. A bit ran down. The staff was rude. We paid way too much for what we got. We could have stayed across the street at a nicer hotel for the same amount and nicer amenities. The walls were paper thin. I will not stay here again.
