This hotel is definitely where you want to stay when visiting downtown! It is walking distance to everything! We parked our car and never got it out till day of departure. The service from every aspect of this hotel was top notch! The terrace king room is AMAZING! Look forward to coming back again very soon!

Je trouve vraiment déplorable que votre personnel ne soit pas au fait des contraintes de votre client. Question de santé, quand on demande un mocktail sans alcool, c’est 0% alcool et non pas 0,5%. J’espère que cet épisode n’aura pas d’impact sur la condition médicale de mon conjoint. Aussi, mentionnez donc à vos employés de soutien que la machine à glace est située au 5e étage…on pose des questions qui demeurent sans réponses, mauvais service tout simplement.
