The location is good, Metro station is nearby, staff friendly, specially the front desk staff, service us with smile and patience, because we're 10pax with 5 rooms, and some of my friends are not well speak English, it take a long time to process, they are happy when they got the room, will come back again

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I like that the hotel is convenient to get to, it's close to the highway. There is lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. There is parking on the property. The staff is cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is that the room faced a busy street, so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. If you are needing to access Concordia University or McGill University this is very walkable. Plenty of good shopping close by.

We were staying there during F1 weekend. It’s very convenient and within walking distance to a lot of the great restaurants around Bishop, Mackay & Crescent. It’s very close to the fantastic night-life of F1 that Centers around Crescent Street. They put off a fantastic cocktail party on Friday afternoon celebrating the start of the F1 weekend. The staff were fantastic always going out of their way to help us.

Our room was ok but we constantly had to reset our room keys. The bathroom door there is no way to lock it. It’s a sliding barn door. The pool is very small. The restaurant was like a cafeteria style. I walked in at 6 pm had to find someone to serve me. No offer of a menu, etc. our bathroom toilette is not working They will send someone up when everyone is awake. I used the bathroom on the main floor but my key won’t work. So I had to get staff to let me in. I paid a huge price for a 2 or 3 star at best accommodations. If I paid $300 fine but not a $1000 for this

We were told the pool and hot tub wasn’t open when we were there June 6 to 8. It doesn’t open til mid June as it is outside. If we had known this before booking, we would’ve have stayed elsewhere. The good thing is it was close to everything.
