Parking garage was a hassle. To access sub levels you have to exit to the street and enter there. No internal ramp. The sink was clogged when we got there and the room was pretty beat up. The sliding door to the balcony was off the track and the a/c unit was inadequate for the room size. Until struggled to keep the room cool.

We stayed a total of 6 nights here. Day 4 we ran out of toilet paper even though every single day someone from housekeeping was in the room. I had to wait until 9am for housekeeping to show up and ask for toilet paper. We had been out since 9pm the night before. Towels were few and far between. And wash clothes almost non existent. I asked 3 days in a row for them and never received them. Like how are you supposed to wash off. And if you call the front desk they tell you to call housekeeping. No help from them what so ever which was ridiculous. Day 1 there was someone elses hair in the shower which grossed me out. The shower took an eternity to drain so you were basically drowning by the time you finished. However the view was amazing.

Our resort had music and karaoke two of the three nights we were there. Our room was quiet even though it was right next to the elevators and I overheard the staff saying the hotel was completely full.

Great location with plenty of pools and parking. You can relax by one of their many pools of hang out on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, we loved the balcony. My only complaint was the bartender didn't know how to make a daiquiri on the rocks - pretty basic cocktail.

View of the beach was beautiful but the Hotel really needs to be updated. Keep cleaning the area throughout the day will be nice to always see it clean whenever you come into the resort.

It was a good place to stay, but nothing was included. Everytime you buy something they automatically add a 17% gratuity, as well as ask for more tips after purchase, and have a tip jar. A small coffee was $12. Ridiculous. Other than that the room and property was very clean and nice.

Wonderful property. Didnt have to leave the property for anything had things to do there like bowling many pools jacuzzi and bars..had a restaurant and coffe shop in the property. The rooms were nice and clean with full fridge stove and microwave...we had an awesome time thank you

This was a motel by another name. For the price you would think more came with it. All the pools they advertise are not pools, 4 of them are hot tubs and 1 was out of service. The rooms smelled of mildew. The phone cord to the room kept becoming dislodged. The elevators are so small, your gonna be waiting all day when checking out. They also dont do late check outs.
