Be aware that this hotel automatically charge you gratuity even if you order a coffee at Starbucks, or at one of their restaurant to grab and go. Very bad business and very dishonest. The hotel should declare this on their site.

Property is very outdated. Room and appliances, bathroom, everything is pretty beat up. Pool has missing and falling tiles. Rooms are constantly smell and feel damp even though the outside was not humid and both AC units were working non stop.

Loved the view from the balcony. Kitchen was very nice. First arrived there was a smell in the bathroom but after my husband ran some water, it was fine. Everything felt a little damp, the sheets, the floors. Boardwalk wasn’t as close as we were led to believe considering I am unable to walk that far. Other than that I would stay there again. Very friendly staff and can’t beat the view.

Staff is rude and not friendly. Room service would knock very early and if ask for them to come back in later that means your room will not be cleaned cause they never come back even if we ask for room service multiple times. Since we arrived early in the morning we asked them to store our luggage they refused. We asked them if they can give us at least one for the room as soon as possible for my elderly parents they refused.

I highly recommend Coral Beach Resort. My girls and truly had a wonderful stay. We booked an Ocean front condo on the 12th floor that had the most amazing view of the Ocean and Sunrise. There are so many amenities and the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to go back.
