Room was fine. Staff courteous. Your attention to things a handicapped or elderly person might need could use some attention. Only six spaces for handicap parking. The rest of the parking was ACROSS THE STREET!! One ice machine, one vending machine. Outside below street level! My husband said we'd not be staying there again.

The first floor room was loud and inconvenient. Though it was clean, there was no way to take the luggage cart to the room because we were literally surrounded by stairs where everyone came and went. Also, the toilet was loose from the floor and it was scary to sit on it. The staff was friendly and courteous and the amenities were excellent
