First of all, the customer service was excellent.I let them know that I was coming to celebrate my birthday and not only did they bump me up to the top floor but they also made sure that as far as any guest that would be there, they were able to check in and out with no problem.And also, they put my name on their billboard, for a "happy birthday" announcement. Made me feel real special! Definitely will stay here again! See ya'll next year👋

The room was filthy. There was cockroaches. There was dents in the bathroom door and the walls. The decor was broken. Someones clothes were in the dressers. The back down had cold air coming in. When we tried to address it with a manager they weren't there. Then he decided to call the day before we checked out and said we were harassing his staff and he wasn't going to do anything for us then hung up the phone. Horrible hotel and staff

Room was clean, great view, nice staff. Air/ heat worked well. I liked the big fridge. Also plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Would be nice for a thicker bed comforter. Was quiet and relaxing. Only wished they had a few parking spots right at hotel. There was free meters parking beside hotel and ample parking across street. Also enjoyed non smoking policy.

Given the price is so low, one does not go in expecting much. It is convenient and adequate. The building is aging, but the room was functional, and the heating and hot water worked fine. The TV turned on but was not connected to anything....but I don't generally watch TV so didn't complain because it was fine with me.

The check in was easy and the young man who helped us friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean but had an overpowering smell of bleach.the kitchenette was clean but overt old. The view was wonderful. Bed comfortable. There was no room servicing just a plastic bag outside the door with clean towels daily. Had to go to reception for coffee as they only supply when you ask. Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again.
