WE stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo directly on the ocean with great views! The room was outstanding, we had a king bed with all glass front facing the water and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of space! We really enjoyed our living room with separate patio and view of the ocean daily. The unit had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes during our stay. We felt safe on the 9th floor and everyone was friendly! The pool and hot tub was great! I look forward to staying there again. Thank you to the front office for taking great care of us. It was nice, the room i had the furniture was a little worn, and the door didn't have a privacy latch on it, and one of the staff just walked in the wrong room. Other than that it was very nice.

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice but the living room chair arm was busted, the bottom storage door on the stove was broken, and the dishwasher did not work. I reported all of this to the receptionist who said maintenance would check it out. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Oceans One as a good place to stay.

The room has been neglected and not taken care of or maintained. The leather was torn off the couches, black mold on ceiling and around vents, compound patches all over the walls. This was sent to the staff by messaging system, but no response. This hotel has definitely lost its touch since the last time I stayed there.

Had a little wear and tear in some areas and the jets in the bathtub didn't work, but other than that it was a fantastic view and a perfect little fall weekend trip for the price before it gets too chilly.

Staff good. Beach view great. The room was in need of rehab. The ceiling was peeling all areas. Kitchen was broken , oven and cabinets. Biggest issue was the beds totally were junk. I had to sleep in a chair. It’s time to fix the place up.

The view was great. Had several places walking distance. But the hotel needs a renovation badly. It was spots all over the room. Damaged cabinets and furniture. The stove was dangerous for small children with knobs up front. No safety locks on patio doors. Room needed better cleaning. The pools were heated but they had all doors and panels removed. When the weather is low 70s and high winds area was real good. The pools need better cleaning and no pool towels. They have good water pressure but the bathroom faucets are to hard and shuts water everywhere. One toilet was leaking and lop siding. Never saw any security. Not having house keeping wasn’t on hotels.com. Had to wash your own towels. Only provided 2 trash bags and no dishwasher tabs. Then got email day before stating if trash wasn’t removed and dishes washed would get extra charges. This is a hotel not private condo. Not offering basic house keeping services is ridiculous. Then leaving we had horrible weather. They only seem to have couple of luggage carts. The drop off on side is so small. Totally chaos trying to load vehicle. Just was very disappointed with so many things here. Would not stay here again.
