I would have given it a perfect rating, but the dryer would not stay on because the door was in poor condition and was too loose and would not stay engaged was quite frustrating. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location

The palms was lovely and comfort way above what I’d expect for the cost. Pool and cafe with good food and friendly helpful staff. As close to the port as you can get.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, the rooms & bathrooms were huge, great kitchen, living space & balcony. Ideal location across from Port Denerau, handy for the Bula Bus. Nice pool, little cafe. Only negative was we were in a room roadside & traffic noise was quite loud at times. The staff were helpful, took a while to reply to emails, better to call if your needing to get any info.

- I called reception for a can opener at 8pm. The security guard brought one up but it didn’t work and we had to return it straight away as it was the only one available from the kitchen. - the shower in the main bathroom has both shower heads running at the same time. The switch button does not work. - The tv connection is terrible and we can’t watch local channels nor cast or use any apps on it. - The shower temperature is never constant and we either burn ourselves or it goes freezing cold - The pots and pans were so dirty on arrival we had to wash and scrub them all. - I have to keep working while on holiday and the wifi is so slow it takes an awful amount of time to download a simple document. - The dryer runs non stop. If you put it in at night it keeps running till the morning.

Family Getaway

The Palms Apartment Denarau was so clean, the staff are friendly and great location. We travelled with our 3 little ones who really enjoyed the swimming pool. Its right opposite The Port so your able to have access to the shops, where there are delicious restaurants, bakery, convient shop, spas and you can even catch the boats for day tours.

We stay a couple of nights. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our baggage in their office until we headed to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean!

The air conditioner didn't work properly, plus in kitchen, the supplies were not appropriate, the tv didn't work, plus the wifi, there was no help to reconsidering at all, other than that this place is ok. Hope they gave us some kind of discount on things didn't work. Hope they post actual facts, overall, the bedding and the place was awesome. Only thing is that they only provide with bath towels and bath mat. So no face towels and hand towels

Fantastic location and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the power outages went off several times during the night and I need a CPAP machine to sleep safely. Without power I couldn’t sleep. Maybe need a backup generator? Otherwise it’s an fantastic place to stay
