The hotel suite doesn’t look like the photos. When we entered the suite it was super cold and smelled bad. The atmosphere was cold. Then we found out that the wc flush was not working and the toilet was dirty with brown spots. I don’t recommend this accommodation. Better look for something else.

The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. This room in the beginning was alright; however, when I took a shower, the drain was clogged up and had a difficult time to drain. Also, the people in the room next to me was smoking. I complained about the shower drain, and the front desk man gave me a room with a broken shower head that was leaking all over. He was very rude when I told him about the shower head being leaking and he said that this is a 2 stars hotel. I said on Orbitz it says 3 stars. No matter what star the hotel is, his unprofessional and unapologetic altitude made the whole experience in France disheartening. I cannot believe he said to me that it’s not his responsibility and that I should put up with it. His action and demure are inexcusable since he should understand that customers complaints that are valid should be taken with care and consideration. He said he is very busy and that he has no time for me, I cannot fathom such rude behavior coming from the employee of the hotel. The front desk ladies I encountered were nice and professional, but it didn’t make it any better. Loud noise from outside til late hours, smoking smell. I give this hotel a negative star.

Hôtel avec du charme et un personnel accueillant. On laisse la clef de sa chambre dans une panière accessible juste en ouvrant la porte extérieure, y compris quand personne n’est présent à l’accueil ! Le petit déjeuner se compose de produits bas de gamme qui ne sont pas bien disponible (2 jours sans céréales, des gâteaux industriels, rien de local, des œufs trois cuits, omelette sans goût,….) ; un point positif pour le pain frais ! Heureusement que l’hôtel est très bien placé.

Hôtel ne méritant pas ses trois étoiles et bien trop cher pour la qualité proposée. Mobilier minimaliste (le lit double n'est composé que de deux lits collés), pas de clim et odeurs des restaurants environnants rendant l'ouverture des fenêtres pénible...) Seuls points forts le personnel très aimable et l'emplacement (même si de gros travaux dans la rue débutant à 7h30 sont une vraie nuisance en ce moment...)
