This hotel's location offered stunning views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The value for the price paid was exceptional, making it a worthwhile stay. However, the lack of elevator access could pose a challenge for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, the uncovered front stairs and tiles might be slippery and dangerous during rainy weather.

Comfortable convenient motel

Pro: comfortable well appointed unit. Has a spa bath & sea view balcony. Con: no elevator - external staircases difficult especially for aged guests. Carpet needs cleaning. Walking distance to shops & services. Needed a dentist- use Raffle St dentist, not the one on motel list.

Property had a great view of the ocean, you can walk across the road and walk along the beach front, walking distance to Napier city was also great. Apartment was starting to look a bit tried, needs a bit of maintenance

Everything was fine except I was late checking in and there was no one there and I couldn’t call from my phone and luckily a fellow helped me. I did not know how to turn the lights on so another fellow helped with that!

Loved our stay here. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Easy check in. Very friendly staff Great sea views. Very close to town and easy walk to restaurants and cafes Only thing not working well was TV. Not many channels to chose from. Mostly very blurry and not able to watch Would definitely stay again
