Budget friendly stay

Good weekend stay. Accommodating to request. 1st night have issue tv they were able to change it out the next day. Breakfast was good. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but they were pleasant to deal with. Shower was able to take long hot shower with clean shower head with good water pressure. Pool area and furniture was nice. Only negative was pool itself could of used a little TL

The property was very clean and staff was incredibly friendly! The only issue we had was someone called from the front desk at 10am the day we arrived saying they attempted to charge our card and couldn’t. This was a pay on arrival reservation and there is no reason why they should have tried to charge my card prior to my arrival, especially that long before check-in time even begins. We were traveling from out of state and didn’t have money in that account prior to arrival, so this was frustrating since we chose pay at hotel on Expedia. Otherwise, the hotel was great! I would just prefer that staff was better trained for reservation types.

While traveling home from Ocala, FL, to MI, on 6/8/2025, we decided to stop in Franklin, TN, for the night. Expedia's rating for Baymont was "VERY GOOD!" We had a refreshing night of sleep. We consider this Baymont "top notch" and would stay here again. The breakfast offered was wonderful. Very good coffee in the room and hotel lobby. All the staff was friendly and helpful. When checking out, I [Dawn] had a pleasant conversation with Tina. This started the day off right. Thank you very much for all who make this Baymont a fine place to stay. Blessings ☺️💗

Clean room, comfy mattress. Pillows were very hard and couldn’t get curtains to close completely to block out light. Rooms are accessible from outside parking lot only and no elevator. Other than these few minor dislikes, I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Was skeptical at first after some reviews. Other areas closer to downtown complained of multiple car break-ins. This hotel was a clean and cheap stay for the weekend. Nice staff, nice neighborhood. Easy to access downtown area/ attractions and surrounding shops and eating places.
