I do like the hotel, the pool has an area to swim outside so it's both indoor and outdoor which we liked. Room was very nice and the food is pretty good. Staff definitely wasn't as welcoming as other locations. Dog's peeing in the elevator with no one cleaning up after definitely not what I like in a hotel. Staff never mentioned popcorn and when we asked she was rude about it. Rarely go to Nashville so if I do again I'd probably find a different location.
