The shower soap bottles were empty in my room, and the cleanliness was not good. The carpets are disgusting, and the fan wouldn’t turn off even when the thermostat was off, so I was cold most of the time. I couldn’t check out at the front desk because only one person was working and there were 7 people that needed to be helped. The valet kid ran up to my car to make a dollar and get me out of the car I was in with my friend when we were just saying goodbye for a second.

Horrible check-in experience by Chantz…. No eye contact, very short, because of his careless in assistance of purchasing my overnight parking my credit card twice. Now I have to dispute the charges and said I would have to handle it with the parking merchant. The next evening we also experienced horrible customer service with a younger black girl with a nose piercing. Again no eye contact our room key didn’t work after two new ones were issued she assumed it was our fault and us where we placed the key. I will be emailing the hotel manager for both complaints. No one came to clean our room also.

Self park and Vallet was much different in price, the afternoon staff was super nice. Got a coupon for Midtown Cafe (very good food btw). Sad there was only like to patio tables and not a roof top Terrance- Late at night I can back because I lost my friends and the plan was if lost go back to hotel- in my adventures I ended up falling and sprained my ankle, scraped my elbow. Dead phone and no key waiting on Friends- I had security called on me because they assumed I was a homeless girl- considering I was dressed in leggings and a nice shirt carrying a phone, charger, purse and limping- Breakfast was not included and the room was just that a room. Nothing special and kinda crammed walking in. I have spent less money on rooms as such style or even king suites and had better experiences. Never will Come back, don’t recommend.

The hotel was not terrible, decent location and access, parking was expensive, bed was terrible, pillows were non-existent. There was construction 6 feet out the window and they were driving piles into the ground from 2AM until 5AM that shook the walls

Front desk staff extremely courteous, resourceful, professional and accommodating to our early arrival. Hotel was extremely clean, there’s a cute little restaurant / bar area and sitting area for guests. Amenities were exceptional as well. Would stay again!
