The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The area was walkable to many activities, music venues and places to eat, as well as the Nashville Farmer's Market, which was wonderful. This area felt very safe and appeared to be a new and upcoming area in Nashville with so much to do (some restaurants were not even open yet). The main bed was very comfortable, and the only thing I would change would be the comfort of the sofa bed mattress. Since parking is $40, I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the walkable area so you don't have to pay again and again close by.

Mint House provides all the benefits of an apartment at a hotel price. The rooms include a kitchen and even a washer/dryer, so for the first time in my life, I arrived back home without having any laundry to do. The staff bends over backwards to help with anything, and Lala was especially helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork, when their welcome message landed in my junk mail. The fun part of Nashville is just a short walk away: Take a right out of the hotel, a left on Union Street, then take a right at 5th Street or below and follow the music. One small caveat, though: I'm over 70 years old, and I struggled to get out of the low platform bed every morning. And taking a shower was a bit treacherous: There's a very high-stepping bathtub and absolutely nothing to hold onto once you're under the shower, not even a towel rack. They told me that accessible rooms are available, so if you're old or have mobility issues, I'd suggest contacting the hotel for one of those rooms.

I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again.

Spacious rooms that were well set up and in a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. We found our room appared to have not been totally/well serviced before our arrival with some items not re stocked (laundry pods, body wash in the shower) and the bathroom had not been cleaned well (we found a large bug in there). We also found the car park difficult to access on arrival with the code not working. Once that was sorted it was fine but a little stressful with other cars coming and going.

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy apartment. The only problem we had was no cookware to use in the oven. One size stovetop pan was missing but lid was there. Need dish cloth to wash dishes also. One of the closest doorknobs was about to fall off. Just a few things that needed work. The bed was very comfortable, spacious living area, tub was oversized, high large closets, overall a great comfortable place to stay!
