The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good, especially the grits and red beans and rice. The courtyard was charming and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy New Orleans.

The staff was great and responded to all your needs.There is a courtyard you can sit and relax in. There is a pool but it's not heated so like the staff said if you can take the temperature you are able to use the pool. There is a great breakfast served everyday, which was delightful. Also, there is a bar for your convenience and a bartendar to make you a deliciouse drink. I think the only thing I would suggest is having an employee check on the pool restrooms at least every two hours for cleaning.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It is a few blocks from Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. The breakfast was good and the parking was available although they did say sometimes it fills up and an auxiliary lot a block and a half may be needed. That did not effect our stay. The only thing that was a down but we did not bring it to the hotels attention was that our water never got completely hot. It was very cold out so maybe that had something to do with it. It did get warm enough for a shower so we did not complain.
