Nice, clean room. Our floor was pretty quiet while we were there. We didn't use the amenities since we were only there one night, but the fitness center looked great and the indoor atrium was quite pleasant and elegant.

Don’t have any complaints about the Brent House. The valet staff was awesome, they were extremely busy and always had a smile and friendly word.

Directions & Slippery tubs

We chose a double bed room. Place was clean. Front desk staff was okay. Could've helped with directions to room, considering the numbering of the rooms is not normal. You know how normally the staff says, you take the elevator to the 2nd floor. When you come out of the elevator, go left - none of that. Granted it's a small hotel but it would've been nice. I can say we got steps in. The tubs are real slippery. Surprised, if that's not a common feedback. I almost fell twice in the shower.

Not the best if you are looking to stay cool

The air conditioner did not work properly. It got really hot and uncomfortable trying to sleep. Reported it to front desk that the air conditioner was not working and the phone in the hotel room did not work so we had to use our cell phone to contact front desk. Overall the room was nice and clean but just too hot to stay in. I was not offered any discounts and I slept in the room for 2 nights and was miserable. Front desk said the maintenance man checked it out but the air still shut off and was blowing only warm air.
