Had to call for housekeeping to pick up room. My mother fell due to uneven pavement out front. They would not give me a security report. It is the hospital’s extended stay. Not a regular hotel.

Yes, it’s attached to a hospital so that’s a vibe. But it also has a cafeteria, PJ’s Coffee, and 24-hr pharmacy and volunteer musicians playing music during the holidays. I’d like to retire here 😆

Staff were very friendly & place was clean. Our bed was comfy, and room was nice location. However... Fan in the room whistled loudly and made it hard to stay asleep. We had to turn it off a few times just to sleep. We checked out pool and "hot" tub. Very nice setup and clean. However, the hot tub was COLD. The pool water was warmer than the hot tub. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub and pool. We stayed in for 5 minutes before heading to our room for a shower to warm up.
