I went there to see New Orleans and relax, however when we got there the room floor was dirty and sticky, at night when we tried to sleep kids were running, screaming and slamming doors. When we checked out we forgot some clothes in the drawer, we called soon after, they called us back after 2 or 3 hours saying there were no clothes!!!! Fishy !!!Since the room was not rented yet, we asked them to check with the cleaning lady, they said she was off and there was nothing in the lost and found conveniently. Never again if I can’t trust the hotel staff.

The staff members were very professional and accommodating, they always welcomed me with a smile. That alone puts you in a good mood. The room was very nice, clean & in order. The breakfast food was very good, no complaints here!
