This is our our hotel of choice when we visit Brooklyn. The staff is always so very welcoming, as is the housekeeping staff when we pass them in the hallway. The two quirks of the room that we have to manage are the fact that the shower sprays the entire bathroom so we have to keep getting fresh towels every day, as we have to mop up the floor. Having said that—it is a really good powerful shower. Secondly and more problematic is the extremely loud heating system, which comes on like a subway is entering your room all through the night. After a couple nights, you do get used to it.

The hotel is beautiful and all staff were very friendly, aside from one particular staff member at the front desk. The hotel is situated above a subway line and even on the 9th floor you can feel the subway vibrations while laying in bed. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying on the highest floor possible.

Loved the stat in the king suite. Absolutely amazing staff and friendly. Extremely quiet and the view was phenomenal. The only thing that was not the best was the parking options. There was a location directly across the street but there were multiple issues but they are no connection with the hotel. I wish the hotel had parking of their own. In retrospect, of the parking incident. Lodging amenities were absolutely amazing.
