Let me start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. We had a room with a terrace, which was a lovely bonus and made our stay feel extra special. The location was pretty good, convenient enough for getting around easily. The room itself was on the smaller side, and while it was clean and functional, it could use a bit of updating. The bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped, which impacted sleep a bit. That said, the on-site restaurant was fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. Overall, this is a solid choice, especially for the service and dining experience. With a few updates to the rooms, it could be truly excellent. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the rooftop bar was an added bonus.

Great place to stay in NYC. It’s modern and clean. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The most convenient thing was the complimentary luggage storage since we showed up a few hours before check in time.

This is an exceptional hotel at a budget price. I’ve stayed at the Arlo many times and it’s always consistent, clean and QUIET. Get a high floor and you won’t hear the lobby through the atrium.

One of our grown kids has lived in NYC for 4 years, & we’ve spent those years trying to find the right hotel for us. We finally found it! Arlo Midtown is a great location because it’s within walking distance of most Broadway shows, tons of restaurants, etc. It was very clean & unlike many hotels we’ve stayed in there, there was never a long wait for the elevator to our floor. We will definitely stay there every time we visit!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the pleasant scent throughout makes you want to stay forever. Its location is perfect, all the main attractions in New York are within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Dining options around the hotel are endless, with some of the best restaurants in Midtown just steps away. The staff were outstanding, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to New York.
