Clean, modern room! Love the toiletries provided- nice shower! TV was updated for chrome cast which is cool. Staff very nice and helpful. Lobby smelled like a Spa :) only thing was we would’ve liked a little coffee maker or even an ice bucket to keep drinks cold. Otherwise 10’s across the board!

Great location, clean room, spacious (by nyc standard), very friendly staff, fast elevators. Rooms are also very quiet - we were right by the elevator and didn’t hear any hall noise.

The hotel was lovely overall. The staff were more than helpful and super polite. We had an issue with a smell of damp when we arrived and it was tended to quickly but the smell was still noticeable for the duration of the stay. There was also a very strong draft coming from the window (which we checked a couple times to make sure was shut properly) making the room very cold, especially at night.
