Hotel has a great location near times square, Room was clean BUT: At check in, we were asked to pay 50$ extra to get the room ( which was ready) before 3 pm. Of course we did not pay the extra fee and waited until 3pm At check out: most busy time, only one person at the counter, long waiting time

The staff, although busy was very helpful and polite. We were even able to check in early to the three rooms we had reserved. The staff made excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The bar staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again
