Pretty cool hotel - we liked our terrace but there were cigarette butts everywhere. The staff was great and accommodating to our needs. Some amenities in the room weren’t working ie the steamer. We had it replaced but that didn’t work either. Bar and restaurant were very good.

The hotel is cool but the room is VERY small. I was ok because I was by myself. I wouldn’t stay there if I was traveling with someone else. The area is great and the staff is friendly.

Spacious and comfortable room, however, our sink handle was clearly broken. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area was super busy, which isn't ideal but can be expected close to Time Square.
