Awesome staff. Awesome dining. It smells wonderful and the play great music. Shout out Cliff and Benjamin at the Bar and Christian at the restaurant. They took great care of us.

We stayed here 4 nights. Hotel location was fantastic, centrally located. We walked to see a Broadway show, restaurants, or took subway which was very close. Room was NYC size (small), comfortable, bit noisy from the 8th floor (lots of sirens and traffic noise). Bathroom was super nice! We ate breakfast a few doors down which was convenient. We didn’t use the gym. You have to communicate if you want room service. We returned to our room at 3pm and room was not cleaned until we called the front desk. Christmas time on the weekend is super expensive and more than double the price than week nights! We enjoyed our stay but very pricy!

Nice room, very clean. I LOVE the elevator system at the hotel which is very fast and tells you which elevator to go to. The best system I've ever experienced. The staff is very nice and helpful, the restaurant is good; I especially liked the avocado toast for breakfast.
