it’s really a comfortable and wonderful hotel!! ♡ lobby smells so good and the beds are genuinely sleepable (coming from someone who’s very picky about hotel beds).. the only con i would say is the area. it’s very close to times square and is in the midtown area but that specific street is very sketchy and dirty. would recommend but only for a few days stay!!

Nice welcoming staff, clean room, tv sucks since Chromecast or airplay didn't work with it and there were bars across the screen. This is my second stay with Arlo and last time the TV was great. Definitely need a working tv at the end of the day during trips. Not taking stars off because I didn't even complain about it. I'm sure if I did, they would have moved me to a different room.

Our waiter, Alejandro, in the Breakfast was not polite at all and did not make us feel welcomed. We asked if we could change the egg for ham in the sandwich ,since I don’t eat egg, he said no, didn’t offer any other recommendations at all. Just no. Service was slow, he never asked how the food was or if we liked it. I later ordered a cappuccino with 2 Splenda and he just pointed at the sugar, instead of verbally letting us know that we add it ourselves. My mother wanted to order a muffin, he said no because it was not available, however it was on the menu. We never got told beforehand that the muffins weren’t available. We didn’t return to the cafe just because of this experience. It’s incredible that we got better service from the cafe around the corner than in the hotel we paid for. Disappointing. However the ladies in the host stand were very nice and also the staff that brought us the food.
