I had high expectations. I paid for my night on Expedia and was supposed to pay for their urban fee at the hotel. They charged me twice and regardless of that went in my room and left a note saying I had to pay and also were calling me all of that after 2hr that I checked in. Traveling alone gave me major anxiety that they went in my room. I’m staying there even if something was to go wrong I obviously wouldn’t run away. I stayed for one night and the whole time wasn’t unsure if they would go in my room again with me there. Front desk apologized said it was a mistake but I paid almost 600$ to spend the night in terrible circumstances and got zero rest. Will not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it is location.

The hotel is amazing! My room was bigger than other standard rooms I’ve stayed in for a NYC hotel! The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean! I plan on staying there next year during the same time!
