Nice rooms, good size and use of space. However small things are lacking: shower leaks into bathroom, and needed multiple towels outside to soak up water; asked for extra towels, and had to asked for extra towels each day. Would have been nice to not have to keep asking, and just have them replaced when they remove them from the room. Small things, would stay again

Room had a terrible chlorine smell when I arrived that didn't dissapate. The hallway had thick cigarette smoke every time I went out into it. The staff was young, and that's not to say they didn't try, they were just following a script and really didn't want to be there.

I had such a great stay at Arlo Midtown! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, trendy, and had such a fun, modern vibe. I loved the thoughtful little touches for Valentine’s Day and the extra activities they offered — it made the experience feel special and well curated. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!
