This hotel has quickly become my go-to hotel for Midtown. Staff are very warm and friendly. Very modern amenities and nicely appointed, clean rooms. Easy access to the High Line for a recreational walk, a short walk to Bryant Park and Penn Station.

We had a great stay at the Arlo Midtown! We were there for an anniversary trip and stayed 3 nights. Property was clean, modern and staff were incredible! The breakfast each morning was great as well as the rooftop patio. The patio has great views and great drinks. Rooms were small but had everything you needed to sleep/freshen up and were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were small but clean, well-designed, and the daily housekeeping was wonderful. They did an amazing job. Unfortunately, the elevator system was a nightmare. It was poorly managed, long waits (over 30 minutes at times), and zero staff support during busy times. We nearly missed a reservation because of it. Paid for late checkout, but keycard stopped working, causing more delays. Great room, but the overall experience was frustrating. Wouldn’t stay again unless elevator issues are fixed.
