The room was lovely and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Staff in reception and the concierge were very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the empire state building from our room. We would happily stay there Ashdon.

We had 6 of us and the room was very spacious and accomodating. The staff was super friendly and even open the door with a smile as you come and go. There wasn’t parking directly at the hotel so we had to get those details but it wasn’t far. They charged additional fees whether you ate the snacks or drank the water so that was confusing and not clearly conveyed by the staff or any info in the room, there was mold in the corner of the shower and the pull out couch was nothing but back wrecking springs so that was disappointing but all in all we would stay here again due to the staff and accomodating room.
