Great location! Very walkable area that is convenient to the subway. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating with keeping our luggage when we arrived early. Everything was clean. If I could add a couple things, I would’ve appreciated more places to charge phones/devices and a bigger variety for breakfast. I will say, the muffins looked very tasty. All in all, I’d stay again!

Great location and very friendly staff. Really an amazing deal in NYC; wake up to endless coffee and fresh bagels, clean bathroom/shower. I will absolutely stay there again when I'm back in the city

Great value! Good location! The bed wasn’t the best but no complaints because the price. We were on the second floor and it was a bit noisy from cars, sirens etc. but it’s New York so I cannot complain about that.

Large room. Great location. Helpful staff. Never a long wait for the lift. Free breakfast. Close to multiple subway lines. Great price. Very noisy due to being on a main street. Sirens all night. Earplugs recommended. Bathroom very dated and shower pressure was terrible.

The staff was great! They were the best part of the hotel! It is definitely outdated. There were lots of random stains both in the hallway and in the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable, hard bed I have ever slept on. Somehow the pillows were harder than the mattress. It was safe and the size of the room was great!

The room was very spacious for a New York City hotel room. But it was very old and plugging your phone and was not easy as all the plugs fall out of the wall and are in difficult locations. But it had everything you needed and ironing board a hairdryer the TV it was warm. The bed mattresses were terrible. But we were so tired. It didn’t matter. Breakfast was fabulous. They bring muffins and bagels from a bakery, and they are delicious and the coffee was good too. The location is great.

The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillow (too flat!) I usually am easy to please when it comes to bedding. The room was clean but very outdated. However, I thought the complimentary breakfast options were exceptionally good! And the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Room was basically furnished. Simple accommodations. Safe is antiquated and required a key to use. Hotel was quiet. Location was very good. Breakfast was a disappointment - just coffee, with other drinks in a vending machine. Hardly a continental breakfast!

We stayed 36 hours in NYC and this hotel was adequate. It is dated and the beds were squeaky but comfortable enough. Hot water in the shower. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Very nice staff! We did not eat breakfast but it is offered which is nice for NYC.
