The CitizenM Hotel was perfect for one person traveling alone. The rooms are tiny but very cute and compact. The bed was quite comfortable, although the desk chair was not. The biggest issue was with the elevators; one was apparently being serviced and the other two were slooooooow. But the location is terrific and the room really did have everything that I needed, even though it was small.

Hotel elevators limited and long waits; ease of self checking with iPads late at night; room had non functional iPad to control lights, tv, temperature; 3 out of my 4 nights iPad didn’t work; last night stated it needed to be serviced by admin; 1 day they were servicing my room at 4:30 pm when I returned from being out in the city; bedding comfortably but excessive use of bleach; best part location, but many other hotels to choose from in the area; for the price, not worth it;

Great location for Broadway shows and convenient subway stops, as well as the Times Square experience. Clean and comfortable rooms, small but with good storage. One elevator was out of order but we were notified beforehand and it didn't really cause problems. The rooftop bar is awesome!

The hotel is very technologically advanced which is awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind to every request. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with food recommendations and with directions. Overall we had an amazing stay for our first time in New York Cityand would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would also choose this chain of hotels in other cities just based off my experience from this location.
