The hotel was great. Rooms were on the smaller side but clean and very high tech. Location was excellent and close to several subway stations. Staff was for the most part very helpful and polite. We did have one incident with a bartender at the rooftop bar. My wife had never tried a Long Island ice tea and asked for one. Bartender proceeds to scold me telling me they do not make that drink, that it is a very bad drink and we should not drink it. I incredulously asked him if he was joking. He said he was dead serious. I understand if it is hotel policy not to offer certain drinks and I have no problem with that. But the way he went on his tirade was a bit much. Especially to a paying customer. After ordering something else and a lackluster tip to said bartender we left and never went back to the rooftop bar for the duration or our 5 day stay.

Our hotel stay exceeded my expectations. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was lovely packed with storage space. I downloaded the app so was able to do everything from my phone. The hotel is centrally located to many local attractions including The Gershwin Theatre, Timesquare, multiple subway intrance, a lovely bagel shop and so much more.
