Our stay at the Crown Plaza HY360 midtown was by far the best stay in Manhattan area. Hotel is awesome, staff is very courteous and friendly. Very close to Penn station. Area is safe and centrally located.

My room was clean and seemed more updated than the rest of the hotel. The lobby area and hallways were worn and looked to be in serious need of a renovation. The staff was wonderful -- especially the person standing by door during the day. He was incredibly courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I think you have a great property in a great location but I would urge you to upgrade public areas. It's not a great way to introduce guests to the hotel...

Alfredo at the front desk was great! I had two rooms booked, was able to check in early for one which enabled us the ability to put our things down and not have to carry them on our adventures through the city. Located only two blocks from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.

Great location for MSG concerts. Easy to get to from Penn Station with lots of food around. Great staff and clean hotel and rooms. Friends stayed at another hotel close by that was not as nice by a long shot.
