The room key was incorrectly configured, leaving my family unable to access our room. This resulted in several frustrating trips back and forth to the front desk. Additionally, we experienced significant WiFi issues. Despite this being a technical matter, the front desk initially insisted I come down in person for support. Eventually, an engineer came to the room and took over 30 minutes to resolve the problem.
In total, these delays lasted 80 minutes, causing me to miss a scheduled online call with a client. This experience was extremely disappointing and disrupted both my work and my family’s stay.
