Stay was good. Stayed 2 night left and came back for 2. Hotel is affordable and bery close to subway, which makes the whole city bery accessible. All the ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again

This property is in the middle of the city and its convenient. The space of the double bed room is small and congested. Its not really worthy the money we spent. Their breakfast options were good.

Overall a Great Hotel to Stay At

It was overall nice - the team was kind at the front desk and room was clean and well tailored for our arrival. Breakfast was a little lacking in freshness since we don't eat heavy traditional breakfast food - the fruit was either old or under ripened each day. Coffee was empty on multiple attempts to get it each morning and the hot water was barely luke warm in the morning and evening times.

Friendly, helpful staff

Comfortable bed but soon will need a new mattress: getting worn out. Breakfast was ok: staff worked really hard and was very friendly also. We left something behind by mistake and the staff was fantastic: sent it back to us very quickly (we sent a prepaid label) and intact.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Grand Central. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my trip. Its location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many popular attractions in New York City. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I was even allowed to check in one hour earlier than the usual time at no extra cost, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The most impressive part of my stay happened after I checked out. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room. I contacted the hotel, and the staff quickly found it and kindly arranged to have it mailed back to my home. Their honesty and kindness truly touched me and made me feel valued as a guest. It was an overall pleasant and memorable experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit New York City.
