Staff are very great. Hotel needsxto do better whencit comes to cleaning, and bed sheets cleaning. Hotel rooms are run down. Toilets are leaking shower door dont cloes. Chip of paint on the bottom of the doors. Breakfast area very small. Not alot of seating

Area was just so small compared with what the pictures portrayed. TV did not work properly, front entrance was broken couple nights, and everything was just so cramped feeling. Bathroom door did not have a lock or even close properly- which really sucked because there was no privacy. I have stayed at many places offering free breakfast but this one was just horrible. Everything bland. Extremely disappointed at this hotel.

TV didn’t work properly, cut out constantly and then had to unplug to turn off. Room was good, very clean. No fridge or microwave. Very loud, room offered to blockage of noise.

The room was okay but the bathroom door didn’t close properly so it was ajar when I used it. The shower door would close properly and allowed water to flood the bathroom floor. I had to use the bathmat and spare towels to mop it up. In general, the facility is old and needs an update. Even the elevator doors looked beat up. The desk clerk who greeted me by name was the bright spot in my stay.

Everything about the place was great, except for two things: the toilet dripped constantly and cycled every hour or so. We told the front desk, and someone did come while we were out, but the problem wasn't fixed, so we assume they had to order parts. The other thing is that it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room so we could do makeup while someone was in the restroom, especially in a room designed for four people. Other than that, staff was great, breakfast was great and offered a lot of variety. Room was quiet. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel right in the centre of everything, breakfast was great and you can take stuff away for day time snacks, the hotel was really clean and our room was spotless, the only thing I’d say is the hotel and rooms are dated and could do with a modernise up but it didn’t spoil our stay

Great little hotel if you don’t want to be right in the chaos of Time Square itself. Only a 10 minute walk to Time Square and couple of blocks away from MSG. Lots of food options on the doorstep. Hotel itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and set up my family well for the day. Having been to New York on 4 occasions over last 20 years prior to this trip one thing that was really appreciated was not having to wait for the hotel lifts for ages. They seemed to come really quickly! We would definitely stay here again. Great value and location

We visited this hotel on a short trip to NY. Everything was close- restaurants, stores, and transportation. The service was excellent, and the continental breakfast was decent. My family and I enjoyed our stay, the room was a bit small but spacious enough. I knew this when I booked but my husband didn’t and was a little uncomfortable but other than that, we would return.

Outstanding views of Midtown from rooms 1901 & 1905. Conveniently placed for easy accessing all areas of the city with many places in walking distance. Breakfast basic but plentiful. Would here again.

It was impossible to take share too much water pressure, no division between shower and bathroom water all over around addional towels on the floor to avoid any fall or slippery conditions. One of the elevators was out of service. People trapped in the elevator screaming and crying trapped inside We were desperate from them. Housekeeping personnel didn’t clean last 4 days of staying because we never responded her note asking for tips. Hot breakfast was cold using microwave every morning to heat up the scrambles egg and turkey. No healthy options for breakfast. My diet is sugar free I can’t follow it. Worst hotel stayed for last two years.

Great hotel, would definitely stay here again! Great location perfect for all the big attractions and for getting around the city! Rooms are small but perfectly good for a few nights and the beds are extremely comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was great, made starting the day so much easier as we didn’t have to go and find breakfast elsewhere. Only downside was they kept taking one of the elevators out of service everyday which at breakfast could me a 15 min wait just for the elevator (we were on the 9th floor so the stairs wasn’t really an option when going back up!) overall though, will definitely recommend.
