I found the doorman/security to be more helpful and friendlier than your front desk staff. The hotel is very strict about check-out and check-in. Front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, but it showed signs of wear and tear. The breakfast included in the price was very limited but adequate. The gym is so tiny, as is the business centre. I would have classified this hotel as a 3 star, and not a 4. However I felt safe, and the price was reasonable so I would consider staying here again.

Comfortable and great view

The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I was wary of some of the reviews. It’s not a new hotel but very clean which is a necessity for me. Front desk staff was super nice. Was able to leave bags after checking out waiting on flight later in the day. Will definitely stay again. Great view!

At checkout, hotel added a ‘facility fee’ of almost $45 per day for booking with Expedia. They called it a 3rd party booking fee - unknown until checkout. Not Expedia’s fault. An obvious add-on after booking. Our cost was almost $100 more than booked.

You can check in, but bring a life vest.

Check-in went smoothly, and the room itself was smallish, but that was ok. My issue with property was precipitated by a clogged toilet that led to my room being flooded with water. The manager on duty and maintenance manager appeared to be suspicious of the event, and suggested that there was some sort of sabotage on my part. I should have warned them that I routinely check into hotels to clog toilets and uproot myself to new spaces. I was booked for another two nights and requested new accommodations, but was not able to get a new room because their computer systems were down. Luckily, the folks at Hotels.com stepped in and 1-1/2 hours later I was at a real hotel property.

PAPER THIN WALLS HORRIBLE.

Thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear conversations next door and it was sooo loud. AVOID at all costs.
