Blower didn’t shut off, impossible to sleep and heat didn’t warm up the room. The room is impossibly small, it’s actually a closet. The elevator is on its last legs and one is left with concern will they make it up or down. Finally the price proposition is crazy, this hotel is so over priced for the room and lack of amenities I must respond to my fellow travelers- look elsewhere

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a quick walk to Times Square! The rooms are small but you don’t come to NYC to stay in your room all day. It was perfectly comfortable for me and my partner to spend the limited amount of time there that we did. The one thing that absolutely sucked was the water pressure - I couldn’t wash my hair to save my life lol

I like this place a lot. Right in the heart of the Broadway theater district and near Whole Foods, The Red Flame Diner and Bryant Park. The rooms are small but cozy. The beds are comfortable.

Check in- Not friendly, the guys need better costumer service training. Ask a about the parade which I found out is basically in the corner but the guys did not know. There was another lady asking for information and the other guy was rude to her. Long story short. Hire people who actually like costumer service. Train them. The excuse that all New Yorkers are rude is not true. There was construction noise at night and like hammering and drilling which was annoying when you are trying to sleep. There was also noise that sounded like a leak coming from the ceiling into the entry door but no stains or anything. I which i can post the videos. Decided to change hotels for better night sleep and service.
