The staff was very nice and accommodating. The lobby and room was very clean. Room was very spacious. We did not eat at the restaurant associated with the hotel located next door. We did stop in for our free beverage. Just beer and house wine Location was perfect and many parking garages :)

When it comes to hotels, my main concern is cleanliness, and Aura was wonderful. The stay was fantastic. I loved how close everything was to the hotel and we could walk wherever. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was in a great location, literally minutes walk to Times Square and about 5 minutes to Bryant Park, with lots of subway options. Staff were friendly, particularly the guy who dealt with storing our luggage at check-in and check-out. The room was really modern and clean. Read some reviews about noisy aircon/heating and poor water pressure in the shower but we didn’t have issues with either (think people might be being princesses). There was a little street noise but it was much quieter than we thought considering the central location, and we were so tired from all the walking around that it never affected our sleep. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable (I even checked the mattress to see if we could buy back in the UK) and the TV was massive if you wanted a lazy morning watching something. Would definitely stay here again, we thought it was amazing value for money.
