The aesthetic of the room was decent, good location broken door lock in the room acknowledged but not addressed. Staff was not very accomadating. I probably will not return. Great location however, i was disappointed no city view.

Great hotel for the price. Convenient location and friendly staff. The room’s heating and cooling system is too high to access if you need to adjust. The remote didn’t have the option to change from cool air to heat for instance.

The noise from the window was very extreme. I stayed in two different hotels in the city this trip, and this one was so noisy compared to the other. There was also nothing to stop the window from opening fully, which I thought was required for safety. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There also was no mini fridge in the room.

Super friendly staff, very clean, small room but it’s expected. You’re in the middle of Manhattan and close to subways and tourist spots like 10 min walk to Madison Square Park, 20 min walk to timesquare, and super close to the Empire State Building! 10/10 will stay here again when I come back!!

The staff was very helpful, the only issue with the staff would be not answering the phone when we tried to call and ask about parking. We called about 5-6 times and the answering machine answered all the times. The room on the other side was not that good. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the whole room smelled like floor cleaner and bleach, even though we checked at around 9pm the smell was overwhelming. Overall an ok stay.

Room was clean. Location was perfect - near Penn Station. Staff were friendly. Room was small compared to most hotel one finds in the US; however, pretty standard when compared to most European large city rooms. Some hooks on the wall to hang bags would have been helpful.
