This was my second stay- service is really beyond slow. Was unable to get coffee in the morning due to lack of enough staff and the wait to leave and retrieve luggage was pretty ridiculous. Won’t be staying again…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the busy Christmas season. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was wonderful. The location is perfect and close to subways as well!

Perfect location (NOMAD) for a Christmas trip to NYC. Boutique hotel that was well worth the money and reasonably priced for the city. Great restaurant onsite ZOI Mediterranean food. A bit pricy but really good food and drinks. Overall great hotel and location. Staff was very accommodating.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great during our entire stay! Convenient and safe location as well. Rooms are on the smaller side, but we have definitely been in even smaller during our prior trips to NYC. We would stay again!

The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms on the first floor you can hear every conversation being held at the bar. Stored luggage was in the room upon arrival and staff did not know the room was occupied on multiple occasions.

We were on the 2nd floor and the late night noise from the ‘club’ was literally all night long. I’ve stayed here many times and never knew there was a club in the building. Would have been nice to know when booking because I won’t make this mistake again. It was too much.
