Great hotel.located close to lots of Korean resturants and approx 20 min from time square. Great bar downstairs. Elevator needs some work..vey dark and very slow.

ROOM 203 - located above the front entrance and immediately behind the hotel gym. Loud noise from the main floor bar until late at night. Street noise all night long. People talking loudly in hallway by gym. One foot climb up into shower - unsafe. Shower tiles lifting off shower floor underfoot making unsafe and uncomfortable footing. Likely the worst room in the hotel.

This hotel is located in the greatest district. Restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions are steps away. The staff is amazing and the bar is 10/10. The bed is super comfortable and the room is cute. The bathroom needs some updating, but it was clean. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Our stay at first was great, but they never told us the hot water was down on our first night. It finally came back, but the next day it went out again — and this time, they didn’t know when it would be fixed. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well, but the room itself was nice. The main door lock didn’t work, so we had to rely on the top latch for security. At night there was a lot of door slamming in the hallways, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time here. I’d just recommend calling ahead to make sure they’re not having hot water issues when you book.

It was a good stay. Rooms are tiny but we didn't spend much time in them. Wish bathroom had better lighting at the sink mirror. No mirror lighting.

I stayed at The Life Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every single moment of it! The location is absolutely perfect just a couple of minutes from Times Square. Our room was on a lower floor and the size was just right for us. There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor, so you can hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but it didn’t bother us at all. I would 100% rebook here if I visit New York City again!

Nice and clean property. The evening bartenders are super nice. Appreciate the complimentary coffee in the am for guests but wish they also offered breakfast at a discounted rate. Room was nice n clean but small, which is expected in NYC. Overall a nice stay.
