This hotel is such a gem. They allow dogs and my 74 lb Goldendoodle was right at home. It was super easy to take the stairwell from the 3rd floor and be right out on the street for dog walks. The hotel had such chic style and the room was so cozy and comfortable. Whoever designed this hotel really payed great attention to tiny details. Because I booked via Hotels.com I was gifted a bottle of red wine. The mini bar was perfect. The cafe on the first level was super cute (vanilla lattes were excellent). The bar in the back was super cute. The restaurant downstairs was very good. The outside patio was very lovely and chill. They even had a rooftop bar which I never made it up to. But literally if you want to be near the heart of everything, Made hotel is where you want to be. I walked to Central Park mostly every day with the dog and back. I’m super partial to NYC but I miss it already.
Dog was right at home.

Room was great design, spacious and comfortable… cool bathrooms… Liked the lobby as well .. only hotel in Manhattan that has Tulum-inspired design feel with organic woods, dark leather and plants. There are lots of locals who use the lobby as their neighborhood coffee shop

Room was clean. Check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Room was not large (two doubles in our room), but typical of a NYC hotel. Lightning could have been better, but that’s my only comment. I would stay here again. Location is wonderful.

Clean and very comfortable rooms. The staff was wonderful. The bartenders were both so great and the barista's were too. The front desk personnel were professional, efficient and very nice. Housekeeping also did a great job! We loved the mood of Made Hotel, the art work and furnishings were so cool and comfortable! We also found the location convenient to visiting all parts of the City. Great job Made Hotel, we would definitely stay again.

Had a fab stay here. Room was stylish and bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful. However, I felt the charge I received on my card after the stay of £30 per day for what was explained to me on arrival as ‘complimentary wine at happy hour and complimentary tea or coffee at any time’ was very cheeky. If I’d known I was going to be charged for these regardless of whether I took advantage of the service or not, I’d have made sure I actually had some wine! Added expense onto an already expensive trip to NY.

I was there for 2 nights, the first alone, then joined by family the next morning. The hotel stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. The first night I was in a bedroom with a large low platform, which was bigger than the mattress, so made a step up, then all the way down to the mattress. It would have been great if I was 20, but it was very awkward for a 70+. No chair to sit in. The second night was better for the bed: it was normal. But again, no chairs in the room. The dim lighting in the common areas was mostly okay, except in the elevator: ambiance or not, it would’ve been nice to see the elevator buttons without having to use the flashlight on our phones. The bathrooms were satisfactory. The rooms had a kind of steam-punk decor: lots of pipes with hangars: no closet.
The platform and mattress are meant for young folks, not seniors.
