I was there for 2 nights, the first alone, then joined by family the next morning. The hotel stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. The first night I was in a bedroom with a large low platform, which was bigger than the mattress, so made a step up, then all the way down to the mattress. It would have been great if I was 20, but it was very awkward for a 70+. No chair to sit in.
The second night was better for the bed: it was normal.
But again, no chairs in the room.
The dim lighting in the common areas was mostly okay, except in the elevator: ambiance or not, it would’ve been nice to see the elevator buttons without having to use the flashlight on our phones.
The bathrooms were satisfactory.
The rooms had a kind of steam-punk decor: lots of pipes with hangars: no closet.
