Excellent stay, nice modern rooms with fantastic view, better than expected breakfast (choice of bagels/sliced bread, plain yogurts, nuts,…). Very friendly front office. It is just very busy… a bit of a wait for the elevators at rush time but not a dealbreaker . Very convenient location close to Penn Station. Whole Foods nearby

Great for 4 nights in NYC! A little off the beaten path and in the garden district which was fantastic. Super walkable to subway and lots of attractions. Great view of city from our room. Very clean and comfortable.

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel and at all times they made us feel at home. The staff was extremely attentive and concerned for us, the facilities are modern, and the hotel is located in a central area that allows you to move around New York without any problems. The rooms are small, which is normal for the city, but they come with all the necessary services, and the staff is always there to help you with anything you might need. The breakfast buffet is also an advantage for those looking to recharge their energy before heading out to explore the city on foot. Our trip coincided with my daughter's birthday, and Jamella, from the reception, had the kindness to decorate her room with balloons and surprises for the occasion. Despite the distance, they made us feel at home and very loved. We hope to return soon
