Bathroom has a bidet. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast is simple but good basic selection with Japanese options. Room is spacious for NY hotel. Staff are super courteous and helpful Just wish they would provide a newer and stronger hairdryer in the room

The breakfast was mediocre at best. But that staff was just plain rude. Yes they offered coffee upon sitting down and explained the “buffet” but the food was the same as a 1star breakfast at any hotel. Nothing special nothing new. Loved my room attendant. He was great!!! Offered us some nice conversation and some extra water. Front desk staff always seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. Stay was fine but not for the new year price. But if you’re bigger then 5’5” don’t bother with a “double room”. Probably the smallest beds in any hotel I’ve been to.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Starting from the welcoming and courteous staff,to the cleanliness and comfort of the room every thing was absolutely great. Extra points for the bathroom amenities (heated toilet seat and bidet,towel warmer,etc.) and the outstanding buffet breakfast that included Japanese items for a pleasant surprise. The rooftop also offered a fantastic view. We will definitely be staying at this hotel any time we'll be in New York!
