Fabulous location and views over Central Park, but let down by really bad room design (a tiny bathroom with 1 sink for 3 people) and poor service. Expected a lot more from a Trump hotel.

Luxury accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff and service is welcoming and professional. Rooms have all the amenities you could need: like a mini apartment. The lady who did turn down service brought chocolates and other surprise treats. She was wonderful and kind after my long travels. Beautiful view of the city and a safe, well guarded building. I treasured my stay here and can’t wait to stay again!
