Seemed to be well run. Room was definitely queen. Relatively quiet. The elevators seemed fast and efficient while I was there, which isn't always the case in some of these places. Low on amenities but had the essentials.

The room was clean and well equipped( fridge, microwave, coffee maker keurig). The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good and have a good choice of food( waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereals, pastries,…) the hotel emplacement is perfect !! We get a great view on the EmpireState building.

1. Shower water was barely lukewarm. I reported to the front desk and was told they've been aware of it for some days but hadn't fixed it. 2. The room refrigerator is placed right next to the bed and makes a loud noise when it goes on and off and wakes you up. 3. I understand many NY hotel rooms are small but this one wasn't livable. There was no room around the sink to put anything on and no shelves anywhere for toiletries. Even the kleenex holder was buried under the sink. 4. Room lighting was less than poor. I couldn't even keep the drapes open to get some light because there were workers right outside my window working on hotel.. 5. It's a foundation bed and the mattress kept slipping down and had to keep pushing it back up to the headboard, TV get losing the signal. 6. The only positive was the guys at the front desk when I checked in were very nice and accommodating. 7. I felt I would be safe reserving at a Wyndham property but don't see doing that in the future.,.
