This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is super friendly, and the room was extremely clean. I enjoy the boutique style of 4 rooms per floor. If you are looking for a huge room this place is not for you, but given the location, price and staff I would stay here anytime over some of the larger chain hotels.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to all the theaters, MoMA, and shopping but just outside of all the chaos of Times Square. Easy access to cabs and subway. Fresh fruit and good continental selection for breakfast. Plenty of storage space. Very clean.

My wife and I spent two nights. The location is excellent, very near to the Theater District, NY Public Library, great restaurants, and Bryant Park. The room was small, but very clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind, especially Wanda and Fausto. When I clumsily cut my hand with my razor, I went to the front desk hoping that they would have have a first aid kit. They did in fact have a well stocked kit, and Wanda took the time to personally clean my nasty cut, apply triple antibiotic and fashion a bandage. I was very touched by her kindness and care. In sum our experience was very nice and we’ll definitely stay there again.

Smallest room ever

I’m surprised because most of the reviews downplayed other reviews concerning the size of the room. I was surprised to arrive to the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in! If we had brought our full size suitcase it would not have fit. Many people in comments said the room was fine-albeit small. This was too small. Barely room to walk around the bed on one side. No counter space around the sink. I would rethink if you need space or have a large suitcase. Otherwise-bed and pillows comfy and hot water good pressure in shower

Adequate Stay

I had a King room for me and my 14 year old. The room was very small and our window view was of not the best. Overall, it was clean and breakfast was adequate. Close to Time Square, Theater District, and public transportation.
