The staff was top notch. Everyone I had a conversation with was so attentive and nice. Room was very clean and quiet area. Although breakfast was not included with the rate it was very good with lots of variety with hot meal option from the kitchen I will stay here again. Thank you.

Hotel is under renovation and was not informed. Main elevator was out of service and had to use the freight elevator with construction team and was very dirty. TV in room did not work and had to have maintenance come to the room and check it out and he said he would return to fix and never returned.

The room was fine except there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went there during Christmas time and I understand it the holidays but I didn't except the menu selection for room service would be limited. The food i ordered was good but wanted the salmon instead. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here this past weekend and although the actual room was OK, not dirty but outdated. What made this stay not a 5 star was the broken elevator for the 4th floor. And we were given a room on the 4th floor. Like if you know it's not working, why continue to book rooms on that floor? We would have to wait 10-15min each time we needed to go back up for someone to come down the other elevator. And we were there 2 nights and not once did we even see maintenance attempting to fix it. There was just signs posted it was out of order but the signs looked old so who know how long it's been out of order. The hot tub was out of service and I had seen a review a couple months ago on this issue so not sure if it's been out of service this long. The price was higher than other places we looked at so I figured it would be nicer and we didn't get working elevator, not even continental breakfast included. Another issue I had was that I'm an exclusive pumping mom and had called 3 times the week before to confirm if there was mini fridge and a freezer and each time was told yes the mini fridge had a freezer compartment. Once we arrive, turns out it was only a fridge. I would have been better prepared if I would have known. I called the front desk if they could freeze my ice packs then and they said no that I would have to contact the Bistro 880 and ask if they can help, but didn't even attempt to help me even though I was their guest.

Room was nice and clean. They had a Christmas party Friday night and didn’t save any parking for guests. I had to park at the back of the building with all the construction equipment. I walk with a cane. I asked the desk if there was a short cut to get to the back of the building when I checked out. They told me I had to walk all the way around the outside of the building to get to my car.
