Upon arrival, I immediately did a walkthrough of the room. The microwave and refrigerator was unplugged, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, short on towels and washcloths and the tub was dirty. After I cleaned the bathtub myself, the water was going down the drain sooo slow so by the time all the water went away, the "dirt" and scum was sitting at the drain. I called the front desk and shared the problems, only for her to say the maintenance and housekeeping staff for gone for the night (I called at 11:40pm). Very disappointing especially since the rooms weren't all that cheap Won't ever stay there again.

The noise of the train is terrible. The 2 queen bed "suite" was small. Water/city view was terrible looking out on a bunch of broken down equipment and trash. Bathroom had NO soap. The employees at night were miserable and not helpful at all. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything! Warning, you're also charged a fee that no one told us about, for parking. It shows up on your bill when you check out that they automatically charge to your card you used for incidentals! I would never come here again.

There was still some bits of garbage/food on floor near AC like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No hand soap though there was a dish for it and when asked to maid if there was any just got a no. So had to use shower wash/personal hand sanitizer. It is a bit noisy from outside as the train passes so not good for light sleepers. Worked fine for one night to attend conceet but a longer stay would probably not be as nice.

My arrival entering my room was magnificent 😍 ✨️ the water front veiwing was ok, breakfast 👌 seasoned well properly cooked, entire building cleanest was in detail. CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR PARKING

Didnt like that the pool was closed, and that they charged for parking by the night and not just for the stay. Especially, when the lot was full and we ended up parking on the street for our 2nd night.

First time staying here and loved it!! Breakfast was good, easy parking. View was Beautiful!! There’s a railroad nearby so you hear the train really often… Overall it’s a good hotel. Staff was friendly too.
