Just that I ordered and paid for a month or more in advance to make sure I got a double queen suit to accommodate us correctly and when I showed up they gave one to someone else and I had to settle with a king suit with a back braking roll out bed that was the worse thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on. All because of a renovation that was going on that left us as just a # instead of a customer that matters. I am very unsatisfied with the business that Expedia done for us ….. Seems like Expedia would know what’s going on at places they sell to paying customers and make any inconvenience right or even half way right. There would not be anything more satisfying to us other than a full refund. And to know that they wouldn’t ruin anyone else’s stay.

Accessible room was very large, clean, and well equipped. Staff were helpful, friendlyand respectful. Breakfast was adequate. Would have liked more variety of fresh fruit. There were apples and bananas available.
