We had a Fallsview room and the view was incredible. The hotel was clean and a $10 (usd) ride to the attractions by the falls. My only real complaint are the pillows. After two hours of laying on them, they were completely flat.

We paid extra to stay in the presidents suite on the 11th floor. We went for breakfast and it was our fault that we couldn’t remember our room number but knew it was the presidential suite on the 11th floor. we felt the gentleman could have been a bit more helpful instead of repeating I need your room number several times. Then the lady would not listen when we kept telling her only one of us was going to eat. We gave up and went somewhere else to eat. Other than that out stay was very nice

Nice hotel

The hotel is nice. It is at the farthest end of the town so lots of walking. We did not upgrade to a falls view and the room we were given had a horrible view of the roof. That was the only downfall. But the view from the front of the hotel was beautiful.

The room is not totally cleaned up. Garbage is found near the bin. Food leftover is left in the fridge. The breakfast is awful. There is leaking besides the seat. All they do is to put a large box under it.

Perfect location and beautiful view of the falls! Very accessible as it is within walking distance of the falls via the inclined railway and had a WeGo bus stop directly outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and definitley above average with a lot of choices. Lobby bar is great, serving local beers and wines and features local artists throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!
