The hotel was good clean rooms and friendly staff. The only draw back ia parking. They ahould lower those prices for guests or it should maybe even be free for guests. The outdoor pool area is a bit cheesy and needs an upgrade. The buffet breakfast needs a lot of work. Food was not the best and again too expensive.

This property was excellent. I could not have had a better room. The view of both falls were prime real estate. The staff was super friendly, especially valet Norm and Tony. If you’re gonna stay in Niagara Falls then look no further than the the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. There was so much to do in walking distance whether you wanna eat or shop everything was in close proximity. Excellent stay beds are comfortable. Rooms were very clean. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I asked (and paid) for a falls-view room. Instead, I wound up staring at a forest and could see the falls only if I stood right up against the window and looked out to the side. The staff were completely unhelpful in finding another room, but were quick to charge for EVERYTHING else. Parking? $50. Plus another $7 fee for the priveledge of being able to leave the self-parking lot and return (ie. use your car). Cot? Another $35. Nice seating area by the pool? You can reserve it. Oh and if you want to use the elevator at any point, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes. And that's if you can get it at a rare moment when 1+ are not completely broken down.

Great location in Niagara Falls. Walking distance to almost everything. Staff was very responsive although we did have to ask for a bit of spot cleaning on arrival. Loved being able to text for service. I was overcharged for parking and still haven’t gotten a response and couldn’t get through in the phone, so waiting or that to be resolved. Also, our room was by the elevators which were quite noisy.

Great experience! Treat yourself to a falls view room, trust me. Great view of both falls, and awesome to see them lit up at night. Don’t forget fireworks at 10pm! Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, and beds comfortable. Easy indoor walking to attractions (casino, water park). Super short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill tourist area (use the app to get your Tim’s or be prepared for long lines).

We are 4 people . 2 adult’s 2 kids . I booked a room for four people for two nights. When I checked out, I saw they charged me an extra fee for two people, two nights. What's going on? Are you so broke you're robbing us？ I booked the hotel through Expedia, which stated two adults and two children. They didn't charge me anything extra. Why did you charge me extra? I even had to call to explain before you refunded me. It’s bad experience .
