I paid approximately 500 every night (weekday) with parking and paid for a water view room. The direct view was entirely the park. When you approach the window and stand there to the left is the water view of the falls. I imagine that the water view would be more frontal. The view of the fireworks was great. I also thought I paid for a balcony, not the case. It was a julienne balcony which most of the rooms come with.
I think also the beds ideally should be in the other direction to allow for better view but probably not possible. If not possible I think remove the fireplace and put a proper sitting area with a table and chairs. Room had one lounge chair and a small coffee table. This was a challenge to navigate with kids, as they need an area to eat. I asked for extra chair, after the third time a staff brought one but brought it with an attitude.
Overall, I am not sure if I got ripped off where I over paid for the room a night.
The beds were comfy and the pool area was nice. No microwave in the room. There is one every other floor but it was gross having to warm up food in that room. For the Sheraton and price point that is a big let down. Make that area clean and presentable. I am surprised that area passed inspection for food and ice.
