Everything was amazing. Only con is the parking does not have direct access to the hotel itself. There's an at least 5-10 min walk from the hotel to the parking. Parking was $50 tax in and out included but it's going to be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage and kids. No cart to get the luggage either. Only a drop off point.

The room was spacious. Our room was upgraded with no extra charge when we arrived because the original one we booked was unavailable. We loved it! The view of the falls was amazing too. The staff were all very friendly. Even the maintenance staff said hello when we saw them. There are so many great shops attached to the hotel and a short walk away from the hotel. Shopping and dining was just steps away.

Stained mattresses, no fitted sheets on the beds, hair in the shower before we used it, pool deck was disgusting, towel bins over flowing. Room fridge froze all of our food, one of the rooms we had smelled like smoke. Staff had to be be asked three times to give us adjoining rooms after it was originally requested on our booking. For the price we paid it was not worth it, wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed here for a romantic weekend away to celebrate our birthdays. Upon arrival the parking staff were all kind And accommodating as was the person who checked us in. When we finally got to our room though it was spacious it was lacking. There was quite a bit of dust on everything. The furnishings were older and had scratchez a d gouges in the wood.the couch springs were broken and was very uncomfortable and made noise whenever you moved. The door going to balcony didn't have a great seal as when the wind blew our curtains were visibly moving. the shower glass had soap scum and the first night the nozzle to turn tub on was broke and someone had to come fix it. Then again in the morning when we went to use the tub it broke again and someone had to come back up and fix it again. Great view but to be honest that was all that was great about the room. For the money It cost us to stay in the junior suite we were disappointed. Though we didn't go for all extras as we just wanted a cozy weekend away. We did have a good time when we did venture out. There was a lot for families to do w arcade and water park. It was also nice to have so many food options close by we could walk to.
