We had a water view room on the 4th Floor. We could see the evening Fireworks insides our room. Also, the bed is very comfortable and it gave me a restful sleep through the night.

We found left over candies from previous guest when we checked in. Reported to the front deck and asked for a manager callback, nothing happened. Room service was extremely slow, waited for more than 30 mins to get toothbrush and the second ask never came.

The hotel offered a stunning view of Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly, and the hotel provided excellent access to the falls. One downside was that the bathroom sink area had less counter space compared to other hotels in the same class. Still, being able to experience Niagara Falls up close made it a wonderful place to stay.
