We had a great stay at the hotel all the staff were friendly and helpful it had great facilities we were just sorry we never got to use them all. The hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to access portering staff were excellent and very helpful

I stayed at Sheraton due to location & nothing else.I think Sheraton is a 3 ☆☆☆ Hotel due to many things but especially, poor lighting,uncomfortable bedding, staff don't clean the room properly, don't change sheets daily,very poor management, not worth spending $400/Night. I am not a fan of Sheraton but due to location, I had no choice. Bathrooms leaks and nobody would help you. I was on 12th floor and view was spectacular and that the only 'positive'.

The staff members were encountered were nice and helpful. The city view room we paid for had a Juliet balcony so we really had a view of the city and a partial view of the falls. That was a fun surprise. The room was nice/clean. The shower leaked very badly so that was a pain. Apparently that's an issue in more than just our room. Floors are thin. A child was running back and forth above us so sleeping was difficult after that child woke up. Elevators are very slow so be careful choosing the right lobby level (L or UL). If you goof up and choose the wrong one, it's a very timely mistake. Location was great. The hotel is at the bottom of the hill though so be prepared to walk up the steep hill to do anything on Clifton hills rd. Things on Clifton Hill rd were open late so we weren't sitting in the room being bored. The hotel itself is part of a building with so much to do. Very convenient. The 7th floor outdoor pool area, very cool. Bags, cabanas, bar, fire pits, pool. Plenty of towels. My 17 yo liked the buzz of the area and that there was plenty to do. My 23 yo liked the gambling at the Fallsview casino but was disappointed with the casino at the Sheraton (no craps game and it was much smaller). Very convenient location to get on the Wego bus. We're very happy with choosing to stay at the Sheraton.

Pricey for basic no view rooms, consider upgrade rooms as the first 6 floors are run down. For us the rooms too small including the washroom…very tiny. Only positive is it’s a mild walk to falls, garden, arcade, casino and Clifton hill. That’s what you pay for. The location convenience. Elevator traffic is a problem, buffet is poor quality but high quantity. Rooftop pool is nice but can have heavy traffic. Indoor pool is not inviting. Minimal seating. Spa is worthwhile. Overall I feel like I overpaid for the experience. Will consider competitors as pricing is similar. Sheraton could have made the experience better.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they charged me $45 for parking. They only counted the 2nd day we were there for free parking which didn’t make sense to me. Great hotel, clean close to everything, nice outdoor pool/bar /grass lounging area, and room was spacious.
