Check in was fast, room was clean and they moved us to a higher floor. Parking is a fair walk to the opposite side of the complex that takes up the entire city block. They also have a new policy (since the last time we stayed at this hotel) of not allowing guests to use the trolleys… you have to use a valet. It was an annoyance. The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk.

Couch was stained. Toilet extremely low. Tub didn’t drain. Surrounded by scream kids, running laps in the rooms, and jumping on beds until 10pm. Not very peaceful while trying to enjoy the winter amenities. The hotel is large enough to split families/ singles up: floors 1-12 with kids. And adults without kids 13+ floors. Buffets pasta bar was laughable. And charging for a window seat when we didn’t reserve one. Not impressive at all.

The check in was seamless and they moved our room to a floor that had a good view. The room was clean but not as updated as I expected. Every team member that we encountered was not only nice but polite, respectful and kind. We loved the location and would come back again.
