We scheduled a six night stay. We were provided with an accessible room which we did not request. The room was not clean. Toilet did not flush properly. Room thermostat did not work. We requested a new room and were immediately met with resistance. While packing our things, we found someone’s purse with personal belongings. We brought it to the front desk and they dismissed our discovery as a normal occurrence. We were given room keys to our new room. It wasn’t much better than the previous room. Bed is a board. All looks worn out and tired. By the 2nd night of our six night stay, we decided that we would cut our stay short by a day. We were told that we wouldn’t be able to get a one night stay refund as we booked our stay on hotels.com. We accepted this explanation as truthful and figured we would make the best of it. On the fourth night, there was a strange odor wafting through the hallway and into our room. I asked my husband what that smell was. He told me someone lit one up! We tried to call the front desk. No answer. My husband went to the front desk and was told that we weren’t the first to complain. No apologies. At this point, I reached out to hotels.com. I relayed our experience from day one through this evening. They said that they would reach out to the hotel to see if they would make any concessions on our stay. Per hotels.com, they refused to provide us any concessions/refund for the one night stay. Save yourself the terrible experience. Stay away!

Staff was very kind and each one of them possessed great customer service and emotional intelligence. When I asked for late checkout, they didn't tell me I had to come down to get new key cards though (fourth floor suite), so we ended up being locked out of our room at one point while we were moving out. I'm disappointed in the state of our room, too. We had the king bed + jacuzzi room. The bathroom shower wall was dirty upon check-in, as well as a hair in the bathtub, a fruit fly that never left, ironing board had sharp edges and kept collapsing/wouldn't stay up, coin-op laundry contains 3 washers, 3 dryers - only 2 washers and 1 dryer were working. Laundry is card-only for $2.50 but they don't tell you ahead of time that it's really a $7 total hold on your card for each. There's also a $100 deposit upon check-in for incidentals. It was also strange that the guest printout I was handed at check-in (around 8pm) specified nothing about laundry even though I was told that it would contain text about laundry. The lobby is big but seems crowded the way it is assembled with furniture and how it's decorated. We were not offered any extra help, vocally, written, or otherwise, so I'm glad I knew to ask for certain things. Overall it was irritating but I would bring my kids back during the summer after hearing from the front desk about the many activities they supposedly provide. Grateful for $50 off each night after addressing my issues with front desk when I checked out.

Spent almost $400 for one night for a King room with hot tub, went to use hot tub, the hot water faucet was difficult to turn on once filled started jets and they spewed out nasty brown flakes and junk into tub. Called front desk. They sent maintenance up who drained the tub found nothing physically wrong and had house cleaning come clean the tub again they started the tub and a little more came oit but nearly as much. We spent about an hour with hotel staff in our room cleaning and fixing the issues at night maintenanceand house keeping were phenomenally nice and personable. The maintenance man got us two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, didnt hesr back from hotel management. Later in the evening I was using the bathroom sink it wasnt draining, the drain plunger was broken, I was able to fix that myself. Next morning went to ise in room coffee maker and it was absolutely disgusting you could tell it hadnt been cleaned or descaled in awhile. I asked the front desk when we checked out if there was anything we could do for the inconvenience for maybe a future stay because overall their staff was great. Their manager stated they weren't able to do much as we booked third party. But he would knock off a $20 amenities charge. Was hoping they would show a little more care and hospitality for the inconveniencs. Overall they're floor staff is great. Their management needs to learn better hospitality.

The hotel was drastically over booked, many many large groups-couldn't even walk. Couldn't use the pool (indoor and outdoor), couldn't sit on the couch in lobby. Kids were very disappointed couldn't use any of the amenities which was the reach we booked the hotel for my sons birthday.

We didn’t have breakfast at your place so can’t rate it. We also didnt use pool but it looks lovely and will do next year if we visit. Room was clean. The only staff we ran into was at check in and they were nice. Nice touch of providing little snacks/drinks in Lobby which we appreciated. Thought room was a bit dated but it served our needs.
