Need updated bed linens arrived to one bed with stains. Staff quickly changed them. But their linens are rough and scratchy too. Tub rusted and not great looking. No stopper in drain. Restaraunt and staff was excellent. Front desk manager excellent. But the head manager you reach if contacting property she is not responsive nor caring of your concerns or condition of her hotel.

Had a great time with my family at the hotel. Food was delicious, all the pools were fully enjoyed by the kids . We took advantage of the outside hot tub whilst the kids swam in the regular pool. Kids loved movie night and ice cream social . Definitely family friendly and it’s perfect as we didn’t have to go far with the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. It was a win win for everyone .

Clean and comfortable, just wish there was better sound-proofing in the rooms. We were woken up at 6am by a loud, beeping, snow plow across the way in Settler's Green and also disturbed some by noise in the hallway... you can hear everything. But overall, still our favorite hotel in the area, mainly due to the pools and hot tubs... so relaxing!

5 Stars for all the different things they have to offer: couples massage, in-room jacuzzi (room was very clean), bar, seating area with fire place, breakfast buffet and restaurant (breakfast was amazing and so was chicken alfredo for dinner), indoor pool, hot tub and heated outdoor pool, arcade, ice skating, build your own sundays at ice cream social, board game event, movie theatre, a little store with snacks and vending machines. Amazing time for the whole family! All staff (front desk, restaurant/bar, housekeeping) was friendly, kind, and provided exceptional service! I hope to make this a yearly getaway. 10/10!

The room was great. The robes were phenomenal. The outdoor hot tub was great, too. What made it a 5 star and not a 5 star was that coffee was complimentary but juice was not. Weird.

It was a great place to stay with kids… a lot of areas to entertain them such as the movie theater, restaurant, kid, activities, etc. it also has one of the best outdoor pools/hot tubs in the state! We were there on one of the coldest weekends, and we were perfectly content in both the outdoor pool and hot tub

The room was very clean and it was upgraded to a jacuzzi room. The ice machine worked perfectly but the vending machine did not. Pool was cool but wish they had a pool table, lots of kids -family friendly but also good for couples.
