Great place, almost like a secret get away in the big city, it was nice and quiet aside from the pool (was because of kids) but the noise did not carry into the hotel which was nice especially how close our room was to it. We did not eat from the hotel restaurant but we did smell the food as we were coming and going and it smelled excellent and the menu sounded good. The room was very nice comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

I loved the grounds of this property. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were "ok" as they are a bit dated and the carpets in the halls need replaced, BUT everything was very clean. You can tell this is an older hotel w/ updates. There were a few things I didn't like. The parking is quite far and you have to go up and down a lot of stairs. If I were older or handicapped, that would've been a major issue. However, I heard you could get a shuttle if needed. Since the property is a bit remote, they really need a small sundries store or something. Also, there was no room service that I could find. I did see you could request a food delivery but at 10pm, I was hungry and the one main vending machine area had machines that didn't seem to work unless you used cashed. All in all, it was a pleasant visit and as always, the Hyatt does it right.

I like that the property is relatively isolated, so you feel like you're away from the bustling, the craziness. It has a lake (seems man-made) that you have as a view when you have breakfast. The service was great, I arrived late at the airport and called in to reception to ask them if they closed their kitchen and they could make me a meal and keep it for when I arrived there, because the kitchen would have been closed when I got there. I don't think I disliked anything. They did have a problem with the water main, but that wasn't in their control, but gave us ample notice and gave us stay in a nearby hotel. I will stay there again, easily.

The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature. My family and I love coming here for mini vacations to use their indoor pool and lovely trails that are family friendly. The hotel is nearby restaurants and outlet stores 5-10min drive which was nice. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Lovely staff and I thank them all for their services and support.

The signage in the hotel was not very thorough. There needed to be more signs stepping off the elevator so you knew which way you were going before you walked down a long hallway in the wrong direction. The pool, hot tub and spa were really great but having the news on in the locker rooms was not relaxing. Why does there have to be video screens everywhere?

It was a good place. The breakfast was misleading. We opted to pay for breakfast ahead of time, thinking ut was all inclusive. We ended up paying for the difference and was confused at the register. We could have chosen to have breakfast there or at another place.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. First of all, the property was beautiful. Choices for breakfast every morning were perfect. The front desk people were very helpful each day and always greeted you with a good morning or hello every time you walked by the front desk. The rooms were large and comfortable.
