The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, the tub was flaking and rusty, ceiling had a massive crack with water damage, and it didn’t feel safe.

The hotel was in total disaray it looked like a building site beds were uncomfortable the paint was flaking the room.door did not fit or lock peoberly the air con was like a jet engine which did no cooling what so eber AVOID AT ALL COSTZ

This motel was picked because reviews stated it was clean. The floor needs a good scrubbing. It’s a well worn motel that is being worked on. It appears there are many permanent residents. The check in was good our questions were answered and the room was quiet at night. It was okay for an overnight stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was nicely renovated with a mini kitchenette. This is an older property but it has a lot of charm and was very clean and nicely furnished.

Friendly and Helpful with Great Communication

I needed to arrive very late and the hotel's communication to make preparations for me were very good. I needed to cut my trip short, and the hotel was very helpful in making changes to my itinerary and invoice. I would definitely stay at the Ocala Cove Motel
