Tule yöpymään kanssamme ja nauti paratiisi!

Syksyllä 2018 rakennuksemme remontoitiin kokonaan ulkopuolelta, uudella maalilla / stukkolla, päivityksillä kaikkiin parvekkeisiin ja lämmitetyn sisäuima-altaan päivityksiin. Työt valmistuvat tammikuussa 2019, joten olet taattu yhdelle mukavimmista rannan edessä olevista kohteista 2019!

Tervetuloa rannalle ylellisyyteen parhaimmillaan. Enclave on yksi ylemmän tason condo kompleksit Alabama Gulf Coast on erinomainen maine. Se istuu aivan rannalla ja upeat näkymät ylös ja alas rannikolla. Enclave tarjoaa fantastisia mukavuuksia, kuten ulkouima-rannan uima-altaan, jossa on runsaasti oleskelualue, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, valaistu tenniskenttä ja grillipaikka. Suoraan kadun toisella puolella on Rousen päivittäistavarakauppa, Wal-Mart, kynsisalongi, viina- / viini- / sikarakaupat sekä useita ravintoloita.

Löydät, että huoneisto on yksi päivitetyistä ja hyvin varustetuista yksiköistä rakennuksessa. Condo on tilava 3 makuuhuone 3 kylpy 1600 neliön jalka yksikkö sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa on petoksellinen nurkassa sijainti kaareva parveke tarjoaa parhaan rannan ja Persianlahden näkymät. Se on päivitetty uusilla keittiökalusteilla, graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomat laitteet, puu ja laattapinnoitteet. Yksikössä on kruununvalmistus, 9 jalka katot, upscale kalusteet ja laitteet, puu makuuhuonetta ja laatta kaikkialla muualla.

PÄÄMAKUUHUONE

Master-sviitissä on tyynynpäällinen king-size-vuode, uudet päätypöydät ja lipasto. Huoneesta on näköala rannalle, josta on kauniit näkymät, ja siihen kuuluu liukuva lasinen ovi parvekkeelle. Uusi verho antaa yksityisyyttä ja estää varhain aamulla valon. 43 tuuman SMART Roku HDTV: n avulla voit käyttää kaikkia online-suoratoistotietojasi, ja DVD-soitin on myös käytettävissä. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi pesuallasta, seisova suihku, erillinen suuri poreallas ja vaatehuone.

GUEST SUITE

Vierashuoneessa on oma king-size-tyynynpäällinen patja sekä uusi sänky ja huonekalu. 32 tuuman SMART Roku HDTV: n avulla voit käyttää kaikkia online-suoratoistotietojasi, ja DVD-soitin on myös käytettävissä. Täysikokoisessa kylpyhuoneessa on runsaasti kaappitilaa, jossa on oma kylpyamme ja suihku.

GUEST MAKUUHUONE ja BATH

Kolmassa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-tyynynpäällistä ja 32 tuuman SMART Roku HDTV: n avulla voit käyttää kaikkia online-suoratoistotietojasi, ja DVD-soitin on myös saatavilla. Kolmas koko kylpyhuone on vieressä.

ASUINALUE

Olohuoneessa on kaunis osittainen vuodesohva sekä 55 tuuman HD-taulutelevisio SMART TV, HD kaapeli palvelu HD DVR ja Blue Ray-soitin. Pimennysverhot auttavat varhain aamun auringonvalossa. Liukuva lasinen ovi avautuu ympäröivään parvekkeeseen. Olohuoneessa on myös baarikeittiö ja jääpalakone.

PARVEKE

Wrap-around parveke tarjoaa upeat 180 asteen näkymä rannalle ja lahdelle. Olemme niin lähellä rantaa, että parveke käytännössä istuu hiekkaan. Parveke on pöydällä ja istuu neljällä nauttia näkymistä. Rakastat lasin parveketta, joka tarjoaa erinomaisen näkyvyyden.

Ruokailualue

Ruokailutila on istumapaikat 8 sekä laajennettavissa päät ruokapöydässä, joka tarjoaa istuimet tai 10 baarijakkarat. Liukuva lasiovi ruokailualueella tarjoaa upeat näkymät rannalle ja pääsy parvekkeelle.

KEITTIÖ

Päivitetty keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja tarpeisiisi valmistaa kaikki ateriat. On kirsikka puu kaapit ja graniitti työtasot. Laitteet ovat ruostumattomia. Kahvinkeitin, kahvimylly, tehosekoitin, avaaja ja leivänpaahdin sisältyvät työtasot.

MUUT TOIMITUKSET

Käytettävissänne on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta, ranta-kori, rantatuolit, rantalelut, herätyskellot kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, päivitetty 6 jengien myyntipistettä USB-latausportteilla kaikissa huoneissa, pölynimuri ja luudan / rikkalapio.

Enclave tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden koko omaisuudelle sekä paikan päällä turvallisuuden. Tarjoamme 2 pysäköintikuljetusta loman aikana. Moottorikäyttöisiä asuntoja, perävaunuja, veneitä tai autopaikkoja ei sallita Enclave-pysäköintialueella. Kaikki ylimääräiset ajoneuvot (mukaan lukien RV / Perävaunut / veneet) voidaan pysäköidä kadun toisella puolella kauppakeskuksessa.

This condo needs to be deep cleaned bad! The hot water in the one master suite doesn’t work, we had to mop floors, had to wash all dishes and wash out cups before use. The tile on the patio was broke and made you felt like you were gonna fall through!! I loved Orange Beach but will not stay here again.

Such an amazing first beach trip for our 20 month old granddaughter!!

We had booked this trip early on and had originally booked a house big enough for all 4 of our kids & their significant others… well, life happened so it ended up only being one of our grown kids, her husband and our beautiful granddaughter that was able to go with me and my husband! Jason, the owner, was absolutely AMAZING!! He answered every single question I had & even paid for overflow parking - which we didn’t need until our last 2 days there! We stayed 7 nights and the condo & the grounds were all amazing and would highly recommend!! We even had our fave beach photographer come to our complex to take our family beach pics!! It was all so wonderful! 10/10 recommend staying at The Enclave & booking this condo!

Excellent Property

We were a group of 6 women on a girls beach trip. All of us are very satisfied with this property.Communication with the owner could not have been better. He answered all questions quickly, clearly and to our satisfaction.The unit exceded our expectations. Spring Get - A - Way

The condo was a great place to stay for our 2 families and our girls. Wonderful layout and beautiful views. Jason was helpful in communicating quickly to questions. Easy check in and check out. Only thing we wish we'd had extra essentials of garbage bags, toilet paper, kleenex, dish detergent, etc. I wasn't aware that this was the norm for this area. It worked out fine, since Walmart was conveinetly located behind the condo, just wish it would have been better communicated that we'd have to provide those ourselves. It did not disrupt the vacation and the beauty of the place. We enjoyed our stay thourougly despite that. We'd definityly rent again!

Family Beach Trip 2024

Wonderful unit and property management. Close to shopping, restaurants, and right on the beach. Parking is tight but there is no reason to use the car once you arrive unless you want to go somewhere different. I highly recommended this rental and the management!

Great Gulf view from 3rd floor balcony

Pros: 1. Corner unit on 3rd floor gives you a great view of the beach. 2. Check in was very easy with on line registration and door lock code. 3. Low density building was definitely a plus. Short or no waiting for elevators. Cons: 1. Shortage of parking spaces can be a real issue. Offer of supplemental parking across a busy main highway is to inconvenient for older adults. 2. Only 3 handicap parking spaces that stayed full. 3. Housekeeping inadequate. Floors and bathrooms were not very clean. HVAC unit was very dusty and needed to be vacuumed and filter needed to be replaced. Ice machine needed cleaning and filter change. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. All these things should be taken care of by the cleaning service which we pay a hefty fee for.

Amazing property

The place itself was perfect--clean, fully equipped kitchen, and very spacious! Even though we were there for a busy time of year, the overall size of the building (on the smaller side) made for a beach setting that wasnt packed at all. Great location and the property owners were fantastic!

Girls’ Weekend Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and this location was perfect for a beach weekend. The views of the ocean are incredible and it was so easy to access the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious and made us feel at home.

Wonderful host, fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay at Jason’s Covid immensely! Jason was a kind, responsive, and caring host who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay at his beach condo. The place was perfect for our 6 adults and an infant! Each couple had their own bathroom (huge bathrooms) and the beds we’re comfortable. The kitchen and living space were large and well setup for guests. And that view! This condo was in the perfect location (groceries and shopping within walking distance) and the deck offered a gorgeous view of sunrises and the beach! We’d highly recommend this condo for your next beach getaway!

Second Trip to Same Unit

This is a great unit with an owner that is very easy to communicate with. The unit is clean with everything you need. The icemaker and location across from shopping made even those that had to park cars elsewhere not feel trapped. The dishwasher was still not drying dishes the 2nd year back, there was a single dish towel, and the master bathroom, as big as it is, has a single outlet on only one side so bring an extra dishtowel and a short extension cord for the master and you will love this unit. We'll be back!!

Great corner condo on a great section of beach

We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 college daughters and with our married daughter and grandchildren (2 and infant). The condo was very spacious. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were very spacious. The outdoor balcony was even large. The condo stayed cool even when it was hot and muggy out. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The restaurants in the area are perfect. We are at GTs and the Gulf and recommend both. The condo has an I door and outdoor pool if you need a break from the salt water. The owner has a storage closet full of beach items to use like chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys and buckets. Bring some flashlights for searching the beach at night. We didn’t but bought some at the Walmart across the street. The owner of the condo is nice and responsive. The quality of condo is very nice. I highly recommend.

Good trip

Everything was as listed. Owner kept us up to date on anything going on during our stay. Parking was an issue but we were aware of that. Parked across the road by the ATM and didnt have any issues. We enjoyed it!!

Beautiful Condo with Great Host

I highly recommend this beautiful condo! Having four queen/king beds plus a pull-out couch was perfect for our family and is hard to find in a condo. The information packet sent prior to arrival is very detailed and provides additional helpful information which is greatly appreciated. We did have a small issue with one of the showers but Jason (the condo host) was easy to contact, quickly sent plumbers to fix the issue, and provided updates throughout the process. The outdoor pool has been renovated since the pictures were taken. There is a gradual decline into the pool now (0 to 4.5 feet deep) instead of stairs. There is also a small shallow area (~1/2 foot deep) to lounge in or for little ones to play in. **Note for parking if taking more than 2 vehicles (only 2 vehicles allowed to park at condo): The website to find parking is premiumparking.com (they also have an app). The Fairfield Inn is the closest parking and is behind Walmart but the daily rate has gone up to $20 per day. However, you can get a monthly subscription for $82 after tax so that is a much better rate if you are staying for more than 4 nights. Just make sure to cancel the subscription so they don't charge you next month. Overall, we had an excellent vacation and loved the condo. I hope this was helpful. Have a great vacation!
