The Expedia website stated airport shuttle, BUT there was not shuttle. Then I had to pay for breakfast which took more that 20 minutes to arrive, and the staff was rude

Rooms were dirty, clearly not swept recently and definitely not since the prior guest. Dusty fixtures and sticky bathroom floor. The door had some sort of glue/tape on the frame which caused an extremely loud sound everytime it was opened. The rooms have no coffee, forcing you to go buy overpriced coffee in the lobby or elsewhere. The hotel is also clearly being lived in as semi-permanent housing as well. The noise at night, after 11pm, was unbelievable with doors slamming and yelling in the halls.

The original room had feces on the sheets. Staff did move Th us to a different room. However, staff wasn’t pleasant. When I asked, would they take anything off the room due to this issue? We were told that they were accommodating us by moving us to a different room. This was highly disappointing!!!!

Room was fine except the bathroom could use some improvements.…currently no exhaust fan and only one hook for towels. Very good location just a few minutes drive from the airport. Also, it has a casual restaurant/bar just off the lobby with good selection of entrees and handhelds.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was awesome! We were tired and her personality and smile was infectious. She was professional, yet warm. I wasn’t feeling well, and she was able to get us into our room a bit early. The room was clean and comfy too.
